THEY SPLICED AND DICED THE VIDEO! They mainstream media went into overdrive today reporting that Donald Trump said to register all Muslims in the United States during a campaign stop in Iowa.
CNN ran this clip (transcribed):
Reporter: ... Should there be database system that tracks Muslims in this country?
Donald Trump: There should be a lot of systems beyond a database. We should have a lot of systems and today you can do it.
Reporter: But is it something your White House would...
Donald Trump: Well, I would certainly implement that. Absolutely.
Reporter: ...How would you actually get them registered in that?
Donald Trump: It would be just good management.
Of course, the left is comparing his comments to the Nazi regime.
But as Rush Limbaugh pointed out, the video from Iowa was edited by the liberal media. They cut out half of the conversation to change the narrative!

There are stories all over the Drive-By Media -- the Associated Press, Yahoo News, I mean, it's everywhere -- that Donald Trump supposedly is calling for the registration of all Muslims in America. Trump is demanding that they all be registered and that a massive database be collected. CNN is all over reporting this. Even the Wall Street Journal has picked up on it. There's a problem, though: Trump didn't say it. I'm gonna tell you what happened. At a recent public appearance Trump's coming off the stage after one of his usual one hour to 90-minute appearances.

I haven’t followed Beck much. For a while he was exposing the Islamists associated with Obama and then he reportedly left Fox because they wouldn’t provide security for his secretary who was receiving daily threats.
Shortly after that Beck failed in an attempt to get the MSM to report the sudden removal of the CIA’s “known terrorist” classification for the “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing the day after the bombing. That “person of interest” was visited in the hospital by Michelle Obama, quickly deported as “overstaying his student visa” shortly after Obama had a private meeting with the Saudi ambassador the day after the bombing (and around the time that the classification was changed), and a couple months later was at a White House 4th of July party that was supposed to honor our military...
It was not the reporters who shunned the story; there were stories written. It was the media heads who wouldn’t allow the stories to run. Much like what Sharyl Atkisson found. I suspect that after that fiasco, Beck concluded that you can’t fight city hall - that the media heads are all in the sack with Obama’s communist-Islamist masters and there is no way to fight them.
Either that, or he was just an entertainer all along who never really cared about America.
OR - and I suspect this might be the case - perhaps somebody clued him in as to what the Soros-Axelrod-Emanuel media threats (which he knew about already because he was an on-air personality when the media heads made their threats) were really about: IMHO the threat was really that the communist-Islamist alliance who made the September 2008 run on the bank to tip the scale for Obama shortly thereafter threatened Bush, Cheney, Chief Justice Roberts, McCain, several eligibility judges, etc with another run on the bank to collapse the world economy unless their demands were met - including the demand that Obama not be exposed as their puppet. Soros, Axelrod, and Emanuel were simply the front characters who took that threat to the media heads who then told the on-air personalities that it was about FCC annihilation (which shouldn’t have been allowable while Bush or McCain were in office). And that is the trump card that silences patriots. The democrats have brought the nation to the brink of economic collapse because of the massive debt (which Obama has continued by keeping the nation hostage under an unconstitutional budget-less condition all these years), and the September 2008 run on the bank was a “cold run” that showed the powers-that-be that there is a gun to the neck of America, and it can really be used to blow us away.
Since then, Iran’s got the bomb as well so that is another potential threat. ISIS is another threat since Obama, Holder, etc have been holding the door open for terrorists to come in as they have said they would. And the longer Obama goes unchallenged the more such threats the Islamist-communist alliance has in their arsenal, to be used on whoever might attempt to stop their diabolical plans to destroy America, which they (including, for instance, Soros) have been very open about for some time but America would never take it seriously.
I noticed in the one Trump speech I have listened to, that he said we could very quickly secure the nation from an economic attack - and he’s said for a long time and continues to say that we can dry up the funds of our Islamist enemies by taking their oil fields. This leads me to think that maybe Trump is aware of the bigger picture and has fired a pre-emptive shot to the Islamist-communist alliance, that he not only doesn’t need the “conservative media” but that he also can stop the economic threat by which they were able to hold the “conservative media” hostage.
It seems to me that Trump has a very, very valuable wisdom: find out the truth and then you can deal with what is really going on. Everybody else was too politically-correct to even THINK that all the funny business (that everybody else was denying) might be because something bad really did need to be covered up. That openness to consider an explanation for what everybody else was trying to laugh away led him to answers that can seriously help this nation.
I still prefer Cruz because I think he would govern wisely and he acts as if he also knows the enemies we face. But Trump is far smarter than most people think he is, and the most important kind of smartness is the wisdom that led him to seek the TRUTH, in spite of the ridicule he received for that earnestness. That wisdom is paying off for him now, and hopefully it will pay off for the country as well, as long as America’s idiots and corrupt media don’t get in the way.
I can see why the media pulls this horse stuff. What I can’t understand is why FReepers would carry their water here on Free Republic.
One or two candidate’s supporters seem to have come unglued.
Trump may not be their favorite, but lying and carrying water for the GOPe, the DNC, and the MSM should be beneath them.
Any candidate that would sanction their followers doing this is no Conservative I’m inclined to vote for.
Any time I see anything bad written about Trump, I wonder if it has been made up, exaggerated, or twisted by the media.
And it hardens my support for Trump all the more.
Add Prager, Hewitt and Bennett to the non stop Trump bashing. Have turned them all off.
Few people remember, but we used to register all aliens. They had to file every January or risk deportation.
I used to work with a guy from Canada, it was the first thing he did every new year. He wanted to become a citizen, but failure to register would have disqualified him. I believe the requirement was eliminated under Clinton.

Exactly, magua. The press and the conservative branch of Republicans think this is horrible, horrible and will surely get people to see that Trump is a mad man.
One problem: People don’t like Muslims and they don’t like the press. But they like Trump.
A lot of people say... yeah good idea, close the mosques and register Muslims.
I will guarantee public melt downs if Trump is elected. He has played it very nicely. He will use the MSM words against them.

By the way is Beck loosing stations?...i permanently turn him off at the start of the year... but.he was on KEIB in LA just before Rush... so I hear ads for Beck... but Beck seems to be gone now replaced by Armstrong and Getty

He has an uncanny ability to analyze a situation and flip it on the attacker. Even the example of the bank not working with his friend (I think it was Barron Hilton although he didn’t name him). He warned the bank. Even told them what he would do. They refused to cooperate with his friend so he bought the property and declared bankruptcy leaving the banker “jerks” high and dry. Then he made big money when he sold it later.
He always gives fair warning. Then BOOM
Even if Trump had said to keep a database of all Muslims, which he didn’t, would that even be a problem? IIRC, the IRS has a database of Tea Party members — actual Americans who love this country and DON’T want to see it destroyed. So It’s OK to keep track of conservative Americans, but not OK to keep track of terrorists and potential terrorists?
