Police officials in France say there has been an explosion in a bar near a Paris stadium and a shootout in a Paris restaurant.
Heads up to those venturing out to American football games this weekend. Be aware of the environment you are in.
Where I live, a high crime area, doing that comes naturally. People who live in safe suburbs or rural areas have to be reminded. It’s a dangerous world out there.

#BREAKING: PARIS (@AP) - Police official: Around 100 hostages taken at Paris theater; 35 dead
On the one hand you’re right, but on the other hand, sending James Taylor is indicative that this administration has treated the entire thing like a joke.
Perhaps, but I have a hard time squaring that with the french reaction on the train where the Americans acted.
Maybe the scope and scale of this murder will enrage them to the point of action.
That was the McLean family.
At the start of the Civil War, a shell crashed through their kitchen near Manassas, Virginia during the First Battle of Bull Run, or First Manassas, as the southerners called it. (The northerners liked to name the battles after the nearest creek or stream; the southerners liked to name the battles after the nearest town).
The family moved to Appomattox Court House after the first Battle of Bull Run.
The McLean family used to joke that the Civil War started in their kitchen and ended in their living room.
Sorry to go off topic.
This atrocity in Paris is sickening.

Two police officials have told the AP news agency that at least 26 people have been killed in shootings and explosions around Paris.
One of the police officials said 11 people were killed in a Paris restaurant in the 10th arrondissement and about 15 killed in the Bataclan theatre, where there is an ongoing hostage crisis.
Paris' deputy mayor has told CNN there are 18 casualties, however.

watching BBC and it was reported that the head of our executive branch was receiving intel on the events in Paris and there was speculation on who is responsible for the attacks.
