I have pictures, I have hung awards in the past.
Everyone’s home is an expression of themselves - so I don’t believe your response.
Who is your candidate? You are obviously attacking Carson because you favor someone else. Do you have the integrity to declare your choice? Or are you going to hide behind your false piety?
Oh, my, a famous brain surgeon has pictures of himself with awards in his house - the horror of it all.
When I was in private practice, I had my diplomas/certificates on the wall and every award I had been given. When I retired, those came to my house - oh, the horror of it all.
Your claim that absolutely NONE of those running for president are as "accomplished" as Dr. Ben, which I replied is patently ridiculous and it is.
As if Carson’s somnambulent, drugged manner, and bizarre biographical embellishments weren’t disturbing enough, now the freak show named Glenn Beck is trumpeting him almost every hour on Facebook.

Who gains access to his home to do a photoshoot of the interior of whichever home and turns around and criticizes just about everything? The media never cease to amaze.
Somebody may have done the photos under false pretenses and sold them to the Guardian, or the Guardian commissioned them; they are quality photos, like a camera a news photographer would have.

BTW - maybe you could cite some accomplishments of your candidate that rival Carson’s. Which other of the candidates can display a Medal of Honor?
No, the reason most people do not do that is because most people are not obsessed with themselves.
And FYI...I don't give a damn about his displaying his "stuff"; my reply was to NOBODY being as "accomplished" as he. The decor is tacky, not well done, in the style of an unprintable old term, here on FR. Neither am I "impressed" by Melania's ideas re decor; so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

His eyes, nose, and ears are sooooo totally like His Father’s.
WAS one of the best neurosurgeons with possibly the largest ego to suit (or to boot).
At this point I believe he is suffering from a mild dementia, possibly a degenerative form. I see memory deficits and even confabulation. In addition his typically flat affect and speech patterns are very unusual in a highly accomplished person.

If you look at the picture, Jesus isn’t black, he has the skin color of a Jew, which is not white.
The hand of Jesus is on Carson’s shoulder which says to me Carson is a believer and he believed God’s hand was on his shoulder as he operated on people’s brains. That is the kind of surgeon I would want to operate on me.
