Now that Carson has been adequately vetted, is he still the guy people want as a leader of this nation? I believe he has the education but does he have the backbone to drop bombs when/where needed, send our young men and women into harms way, send several million illegals back where they came from, cut off welfare to those who DO NOT deserve such, etc., these are the things I am concerned about, not what great scholastic achievements and awards he has earned. He does speak softly but does he carry a big stick? I do not see that side of him.

Bob and I are in a picture on your wall, but is that the “love me” wall or “I hate them” wall - I didn’t know you named your walls. :o)

I see him occasionally and believe me, it’s better to “imagine” his appearance than see the real thing. :o)
Where are the pictures of his wife and kids?
This is mostly garbage, he has every right to display examples of his personal and professional achievements, although the Jesus painting is a bit over the top and weirdly narcissistic, kinda creepy really.

Except with Trump, the bathroom fixtures in his apartment are a gold color and it’s real gold. The bathroom fixtures on his plane are also real gold. The seat belt buckles on his plane are also real gold. I saw the inside of his plane and inside his apartment and thought the real gold was a bit over the top.
If he had a painting of him with V. Lenin, the media would say he is enlightened.
I don’t think He looks black. I just don’t think he looks Nordic/Aryan, blonde and blue-eyed, as he usually is displayed. It is more likely that Jesus had darker hair and darker eyes, with perhaps darker skin. Probably more olive than brown, but that’s idle speculation. Given that Jesus’ appearances was closer to Carson’s depiction than the usual pale-skinned, blue-eyed blonde, I think that any objections to Dr. Carson’s depiction says more about the objector than Dr. Carson.
As to the walls of medals and awards, I don’t see much difference between that and the trophy case one finds in a typical high school.
For sure, if I had a Congressional Medal of Honor. I’d display it in my home.
The article was a pretty blatant hit piece on Dr. Carson. Photos of his wife and kids wouldn’t have fit the “narrative.”
I’m voting for Ted in the primaries. But I can tell a hit job even if it’s not on my candidate.

HUGE difference between the Medal of Honor and the Medal of Freedom. Lyndon Johnson, Thurgood Marshall, Cesar Chavez have one - guess which. Hint: NOT the Medal of Honor!

Good point, given this is before the Jews were scattered to all points including Europe. Before that they were descended from the region`s nomadic tribes, similar to the Bedouins.

You should be careful to whom you rush to defend, lest you appear as foolish and shallow as they.
Old articles, photos, anything can be compiled to use as a hit piece. The piling on is the aggregate of articles of late used to pile on. The drive-bys do it all the time.
I didn’t say I was supporting him. I said I was not sold on him. But the drive-bys annoy me with their underhanded tactics. I really don’t think Carson is our man for 2016.
Once they are done with Carson, they’ll sic the dogs on Cruz or Trump or whomever their masters order them to. Then it will be even more annoying. They’ll do it til the only “viable” candidate is Hillary.
I’m not joining in the media’s attack on Carson. He isn’t my candidate, and I don’t agree with him on some issues, but I do think he’s basically a decent man.
