My mistake: Medal of Freedom.

Yes, they are close - one is the highest award given to a civilian, the other is the highest military award.

You should see her Amazon Tree Boas.

They’re like living jewels.

Reiterated because my questions were not answered.

Inane exactly how? Would you care to name a candidate as accomplished as Carson?

When they're babies, they're often ruby red and then change to adult colors.

Amazing animals.

Just a run-o-the-mill Cabela’s gun safe tucked in a corner would do it. ;)

She is a dear friend who is very kind to animals.

When I tell her that I stole her photos, I’ll mention that you liked them.

Yes, they are close

No.

MOH: earned by incredible heroism in combat, usually at the cost of the recipient's own life. Often awarded posthumously.

MOF: earned by a civilian's accomplishment in whatever field they've dedicated their life to. Often awarded to celebrities.

Yes, of course it’s a museum, sugar. It was an over reach on your part to try to impress up with his name in that fashion. It is the type of thing I stopped doing in about the 3rd grade.

I was speaking in terms of the award, not what is required to receive it.

Highest civilian/military honor....see how they are similar?

I agree, the requirement for a Medal of Honor is much higher. and rarer, I believe.

I think the Medal of freedom has been much diluted, much like the Nobel Peace Prize.
