Slamming Rubio helps Trump. Slamming Carson doesn’t.
Carson is a fraud.
Carson is a weak candidate propped up by the media. They’ll take him down once they are through with him.
Carson’s unqualified, dishonest and a closet pacifist. He would be Jimmy Carter 2.0. If you thought Obama got walked all over by foreign leaders, Carson would take it to a whole new level.
There are two serious candidates at this point Cruz and Trump. The rest are fodder.
Forrest Gump was a nice guy too. But you’d have to be nuts to put him in charge of the country.
Rubio and Carson are both serious and smart. Underestimating our opponents is a fatal conservative flaw.
But here's the reality.... if Trump gets the job... I completely expect the Washington cartel (dems + rinos) to impeach him at some point. They will do it in spite of the will of the people.
It is going to take a fighter to do what has to be done to our government. A school yard, twitter tweeting, name calling, in your face, arrogant fighter. That's my opinion.
Six months ago I would never have believed it and would have told you you were nuts. But it really seems like it is down to Cruz and Trump. This is the best I've felt about a presidential election since 1980, when I was barely old enough to shave.
You are spot on! Carson's only 'sin' the witless media cares about is Dr. Carson is a Conservative...end of story.
I don't see slamming - unless saying you disagree with the other guy is now slamming.

Wholeheartedly agree, and would add, the partisan media shills have already been laying the groundwork for the takedown. The fact is, Donald Trump is going to be the nominee, and will be elected to POTUS in 2016, and Hitlery will be the Demwit nominee (assuming she doesn't stroke out and drop dead, which would warrant a trip to Disneyworld by *this guy*). If the media just holds its breath until it turns blue, smearing or ignoring Trump 24/7, maybe, just maybe, they'll push another unelectable Dim-light into the Pubbie nomination.

Eminent domain is in the constitution for PUBLIC use, not private.
And it may or may not be the issue of our times (though I think that crony capitalism, which is enabled by the government’s ability to take private land for the benefit of connected private developers, is a big deal), but Trump spoke about it at some length in his speech. He spoke misleadingly, but he spoke about it...

Me too exactly. I’m afraid to let myself get excited about it though. The dirty pool we’re going to face in 2016 wasn’t there in 1980. Was it?
