Hey all, I certainly wasn't expecting to be posting a vanity like this when this morning started. Mrs. Doomonyou and I moved to Texas a month or two ago fulfilling a five year dream to get out of CA for a red state and God answered big time. We're still getting moved in and the new job is going great. As a result of getting out from behind a desk and out in the field I'm away from a total A hole boss. Anyway, I dumped about 18 pounds just being more active and out of the stress. So two weeks ago I'm starting to feel kind of bloated and full all the time and tired due to having problems falling asleep. I've been eating as much as comes out the backside which isn't Much. This morning I saw my Doc, had blood, urine work and a CT scan. Wasn't sure what to expect.

None of us know what the Lord has for our future. You’ve been given difficult news by the doctors. But the Lord still loves you and holds you. Psalm 91 is my favorite prayer scripture when I get news that is difficult. I will be praying for you.

We give thanks to you, GOD ALMIGHTY, CREATOR of heaven and earth. We thank You for Your only Son, JESUS CHRIST, Who won the victory through His death and resurrection. By His stripes we were healed.
FATHER GOD, we lift Doomonyou up to You. May You give Him peace and rest this evening, knowing that You are in control of His situation.
We ask the HOLY SPIRIT to breathe healing on every cell in Doomonyou’s body. May the healing blood of JESUS touch the lining of his abdomen and the thickness in his stomach wall.
You, GOD, are the GOD of MIRACLES. We ask for a mighty miracle for Doomonyou. May there be a good report tomorrow.
May Doomonyou already be healed when the doctors take the biopsy in the morning - all for Your glory.

But there is one , if it can be said about cancer -"hopeful"note-It is that they have made many advances with treatment for advance stage cancer recently.
There will be more options for you because you were diagnosed today, as opposed to say 5 or more years ago.
I will be keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Prayers for your complete healing. I have relative who is in treatment right now at M. D. Anderson after starting treatment at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. He was diagnosed in early 2014 with stage 4 inoperable pancreatic, lung and stomach cancer. He has been up and down in his fight, but still beating the odds with the help of much prayer.
It’s tough getting the bad news. Getting ready for night prayers. You are added.
I’ve seen some suggestions for MD Anderson. Great advice for second opinion. Mind me asking what hospital you are receiving treatment? I’m in Texas too. Central Texas. I go to Baylor Scott & White for my treatments.
Good news is you are still young and strong. That goes a long way.

My sister-in-law had pancreatic cancer. She passed but some amazing things happened along the way. Mara was an exceptionally spiritual person, walked the walk. She was in a bad place, pain and constant meds. After many prayers and a trip to the Padre Pio Shrine, she was pain free, drug free, and able to get a nerve block. Docs talked about magical, impossible, strange, everything but miraculous.
During her illness my brother and I researched cancer extensively. As a result, I recommend MD Anderson whenever possible. They’re state-of-the-art and up on the latest research and clinical trials. They use alternative medicine in conjunction with traditional treatment.
More importantly is God.
For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. (Isaiah 41:13)
May our most merciful God grant you through His healing Grace, a recovery to health and well-being.
May He also grant you and your family Peace of Mind and strength to get through whatever is to come.
