That would be true if they were using these on humans. But they’re using them on Jihadis so it’s OK.

Troops??? What nation do ISIS terrorists serve for as "troops". They're the lowest creatures that ever existed on the planet. Blind them? Excellent. That way if they try to get medical care, return home or join the bogus migration, they can be shot on sight.
