Very similar to the transsexual disorder: maiming a healthy body to make it conform to a sick mind.
The psychologist who did the maiming "for" this woman should be in jail. As should all the surgeons who have performed genital mutilation on mentally ill people who want to "transition" into a person of the other sex.
