Trump’s no conservative. He’s no Reagan.

1. Reagan grew up poor in a small town, Trump grew up fantastically rich in a big town.

2. Reagan was twice elected president of the Screen Actor’s Guild and worked to root out communists during his tenure, while nobody ever elected Trump to anything and Trump likes NY/NJ communists. Trump loves Kelo, just like communists do.

3. Reagan was elected twice to run the nations largest and most economically dynamic state, California. Nobody elected Trump to anything. Trump lost a fortune in RE and knows one thing in business: Trump.

3. Reagan is often described as a “life-long liberal Democrat”, but do liberal Democrats fight or embrace communists? Reagan’s always been anti-communist. Communist is for big government, just like Trump.

So no, Trump is not like Reagan at all. In the Primary, I support the most conservative candidate. If Trump is the nominee, I’ll support him over a Democrat, but I’ll feel about it the same way I did for McCain and Romney.

My biggest concern with Carly is her belief in global warming. That is a flaw in her ability to think logically.

44% of all questions last night were aimed at Trump. Do they realize that they are giving him all the free advertising he needs and are keeping him at the forefront?

Unless that is their plan all along... /nope, too stupid.

-——We don’t trust the GOP with anything as important as the presidency———

since there are only two real candidates, a republican and a democrat, by dismissing the republican out of hand, logic indicates you are left with the democrat by default

Jeb is done. His donors gave him an ultimatum to win or he will be cut off and he failed. Fio-RINO will get Jeb’s donors’ money. Mark my words, the ticket will be Trump-Fiorina.

Trump isn't a good businessman. He lost a fortune in RE. Debates are silly events, dictated by liberal talking heads who work to undermine our candidates.

Lastly, let's make a small replacement in your comments about Fiorina (who I do not support) because they are so illuminating.

The only thing I saw was Fiorina Trump being a mean spirited, angry, vengeful woman man who has a thin skin.

So one is a woman and the other a man. Let's push for a conservative in the Primary, OK?

You mean the truth? FR used to be a conservative site. Now we promote NY Democrats because they talk like NY unionists when it comes to illegal immigration?

So opposition to illegal immigration is a union position? You've gone over the deep end dude.

Trump’s no Reagan.

So? Reagan gave amnesty to 2.1 million illegals. Now we want a Tancredo, a Sessions, and a Trump Card.

Carly will be a Trump concession to the GOPe. Just like Bush was a Reagan concession to the GOPe many moons ago.

Trump daily trashes our “incompetent leaders”. Methinks Obama & Cankles are included under that umbrella. Along with the leaders of the House & Senate.

Pretty obvious actually :)

have you ever actually been in business? how can you meaningfully judge if you have not?

Business losses are part and parcel of the game. you win some and you lose some. in the overall, trump is a huge business winner as evidenced by his asset control

The important ability is to unemotionally analyze risk to the best one can with the information currently available. to shun risk is to be jeb

So opposition to illegal immigration is a union position? You've gone over the deep end dude.

Here you show your cognitive bias. The Democrats have their 'e' - elites as well. Those elites also infest union leadership. So yes, the rank and file are strongly anti-illegal immigrant.

Reagan gave amnesty to 2.1 million illegals.

That's critical and I am glad you mention it. The major failing of Reagan is that he didn't dismantle the BigGov machine. He could have knocked out both DoEs as they were very new, but didn't.

It is that BigGov machine that sends tax money to liberal groups who then donate to Dems who then empower BigGov to grow government bigger. Illegal immigration is part of that, part of runaway lawless government, government that works for the elites and against the American interest.

The only proven candidate to have taken on and defeated BigGov is Walker. That's why I back him over any other candidate in the Primary.

It is the Primary. Shouldn't we work to elect the most conservative candidate we can?

Okay. Not to be a smart ass, I’ve never said Donald Trump is a conservative. Just know, I never compared Donald Trump to President Ronald Reagan. Actually, President Reagan was a necessity by purpose, to save Our Country in the after math of Korea and Viet-Nam, and our first real tangle with Islamic socialist fascism, in the modern age.

You see my tag line you dope, you know what I mean.

Ok, I’ll spell it out for the few dopes on FR:

We don’t trust THE ESTABLISHMENT LEADERS OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY with anything as important as the Republican nomination for the Presidency of The United States.

Got it, dope?

His entire life has been about his business and not politics. He was aware that in order to to advance his business within the minefield of government regulations, he had to play the game with them to map out the minefield. Every businessman does that no matter how disdainful it is.

You or I don’t know what he has done or tried to do to eliminate the minefield, but I can definitely say the most sure fire way to do it is from a position of authority from the belly of the beast. He has been in the belly only about three months now and just by his persona and self funding is now setting the debate.

The reality is that illegal immigration and birthright citizenship was never going to be an issue if he was not there to take the arrows for stating the obvious.

The truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable.

Bush won’t drop out. You’ll note that Trump has not defeated the GOPe. They’ll still be there no matter what, unless you cut the tracks that funnel money from you to BigGov to Democrats and back again with you cut out.

Trump is for BigGov, not against it.

Look at his one single official position:
https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/immigration-reform

Every solution requires more BigGov. He’s an anti-illegal immigration Obama or Hillary or Billy or Democrat.

And as you can see from the after debate polls the total disconnect between the elites, pontifcators and the masses. Heads are gonna explode.

The only proven candidate to have taken on and defeated BigGov is Walker.

Walker had to be poked and prodded to even support a border wall (assuming he even does). I have interviews where he dodges questions just to avoid saying the word "wall." On birthright citizenship he flip flopped several times in one day. And he won't use the "d" word, deportation.

Walker is probably further left than your union guys on illegals.

Shouldn't we work to elect the most conservative candidate we can?

If you're wrong on immigration, you're not conservative.

Trump doesn’t attack Democrats and what mention he makes is mainstream and light.

See here for evidence: http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/when-donald-trump-attacks-gop/

538 is a liberal polling group, but Nate Silver is a top notch pollster and, although his conclusions are wrong, his data is spot on.
