Donald Trump spoke for 90 minutes to a crowd estimated at 20,000 on Monday night in Dallas, railing against 'this sanctuary cities crap' and joking that after he presided over the demise of Obamacare, the insurance scheme's replacement might bear his name. 'We'll go with "DonaldCare",' he said near the end of what became the longest single campaign speech of any candidate vying for the presidency in 2016, after a man in a raucous and riled-up audience called out the imaginary name for an as-yet imaginary new national health care initiative.

"Trump hammers 'this sanctuary cities crap" and jokes about replacing Obamacare with "Donaldcare" as women CRY with joy while 20,000 enthralled Texans roar for 90 minute speech"
Didn’t realize it was that long when I watched the video and from the looks of the audience, they were not complaining.
I did see that he had a page of one-line notes. I’ve never seen that before.
Yep, I saw the notes too. I sure hope George Will and Chas Krauthammer missed them. If the didn’t, we are going to hear a round of how Trump is too stupid to give a speech without having it written out for him.
That said, when was the last time the cable networks or even a local TV station devoted two (2) hours covering a candidate BEFORE there was a single primary?
The last time I remember that happening was ..........................never.
Chuckle chuckle.
It sounded like an original speech.
I’ve heard him speek regularly, but this was different. Maybe it’s just a revised version, but it seemed to be original.
Very interesting, it was.
(speak) Sorry.
After listening to a almost all of it online, I am really concerned that he is only trying to divide the conservative base. He does mention some of his agenda, but spent more time doing the “spread the gossip” thing to pit people against each other. He is bringing out that the U.S. is an oligarchy, but has no real plans to change anything, because he can’t. Ted Cruz had a viable chance to make some real change, but Trump stole the spotlight.
Reagan used to use note cards
It is still not a telepromter

What do you think about Walkers proposal to do nationally what hes done to government unions in Wisconsin?
No I haven’t commented on Walker, except for one (or two maybe) posts I made when Walker made the mistake of crossing Trump’s path.
Not really that interested in Walker. He’s a good guy, and he’s very good for Wisconsin, but I don’t think he’s real competition.
Could be wrong. Thanks for the bump.
Well, one page of bullet points = a Reagan note card. It was a 90 minute speech, and I saw where he checked it once to make sure he had gotten to everything. I think that’s wise.
——It sounded like an original speech.-——
early on, he noted that he had to give an original speech because the TV carried all his speeches and he didn’t want to just repeat what he said before. Further, he said I’m not like the others that give the same exact speech over and over be cause I get carried on TV
You’re a slippery one. No, not Walker specifically, but his proposal. Are you for getting rid of the NLRB and ending government unionism?
I know you won’t answer. I am just proving that you’re a troll.
I could just as easily say you’re a troll.
You appear to be for offshoring every American job.
I am for bringing them back to the United States.
Excellent. See you really didn’t answer. Do you support Walker’s proposal to eliminate the NLRB and end government unionism?
We’ve got a whole huge bunch of Republicans right now, mixing it up.
I’m really not into Walker, but do promote him.
Thanks.
Like a greased eel, but I’ve dealt with Democrats, unionistas and liberals all my life. I’m on to you.
Do you support the elimination of the NLRB and the end of government unionism?
I’m not that into Walker.
You’re onto nothing.
Sorry I responded. I’ll make no further comment to you on this thread.
Thanks.
