Donald Trump latest's close-up is coming from the unlikeliest of magazines: Rolling Stone.
The magazine, well known for its progressive bent, interviewed and photographed Trump for its September 24 cover.
The article's most-talked-about passage on Wednesday was a Trump comment about rival Republican 2016 candidate Carly Fiorina.
Writer Paul Solotaroff was sitting with Trump watching a newscast when a video clip zoomed in on Fiorina.
"Look at that face! Would anyone vote for that?" Trump said to Solotaroff. "Can you imagine that, the face of our next president.
Trump added, "I mean, she's a woman, and I'm not s'posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?"

“Its almost as though Trump is trying to lose support.”
FAIL. Why do you believe what the media says?
“this type of thing is going to happen again,”
FAIL. Why do you believe what the media says?
“I agree, I am a Cruz supporter that has been enjoying Trump but this is rather ugly.”
FAIL. Why do you believe what the media says?
“and he doesn’t attack women on their looks.”
FAIL. Why do you believe what the media says?
Holy crap, that’s funny. Because it’s true.
So very, very true.
Sure. Presidential candidates saying that they don't like the face of their opponent is something that happens all the time.
Fail? You think there IS a need for the insults of women for him to win?
You lost me.
I’m voting for him anyway. Have a good night.
Tell me how Obama;s golf game has made him a good president.
My kids like his ability to have actually employed 100,000+ during his career.
Bill Gates employs 100,000, so your family should also like him should he one day run.
My wife is a fan of Celebrity Apprentice.
Yes, celebrity worship is definitely a part of the Trump appeal.
Fiorina is an attractive individual.
Now if Trump did indeed make that remark, why should it matter?
Trump claims to despise political correctness. Hell, maybe he’ll throw out few ethnic jokes... I miss those relaxed days.
Yaaaar, she's....not attractive.
Why do Trump supporters believe what the media says when it reports Trump has won a poll?
Because it goes to the genuineness of the man. He says what he thinks. He is not trying to be vicious. It is disarming and the disingenuous, honesty fosters a connection with the American people. It sounds just like him preparing by softening the blow first then telling it just as he sees it.
Many, myself among them, believe him precisely because he doesn’t sugar coat or use euphemisms. He may evolve, as with Planned Parenthood, but his path is always logically and internally consistent in my experience of him. I respect him because he is being himself not positioning himself not to lose any votes. His stance says that he believes that if the country truly grows to know him they will believe he has their interests at heart and the ability to make life better for them and all Americans.
“FAIL. Why do you believe what the media says?”
FAIL. Why must you spam this thread with your Trump-worshipping douchebaggery?
If women are ever going to be treated equal as men, they need to lose the "damsel in distress" routine.
Megyn Kelly tonight brought up this Rolling Stone article to Fiorina. It appeared to me that Fiorina didn't let these alleged comments by Trump faze her.
Kelly followed up her questions to Fiorina where it still didn't bother her on camera at the dismay of Megyn Kelly who wants stir crap up.
This likely won't make it past more than a 24 hr news cycle.
So with all that going on, Trump decides to criticize her face.
And this is what passes for "straight talk".
I believe it sounds like something Trump would say. I can see an angle behind it, too. If you don’t, then that is what I believe is called a difference of opinion. I don’t intend to change my opinion. If he didn’t say it, then my opinion will have be wrong. Oh well. We shall know soon enough.
No fail.
1. Rolling Stone is going to be very careful after their rape story mess. They have specific quotes in the story which tells me it’s likely taped.
2. It’s after 11pm esdt and Megyn Kelly has interviewed Fiorina about this , which would mean if it was a lie, Trump would have already tweeted about the lawsuit he’s slapping on RS.
Very poor form for someone that's been here for as long as you have.
You need to hit abuse on all your posts to this thread.
The things that were said about Sarah Palin & her children were so much better? Or the way some of the men were brought down by insinuations by paid bimbos. Or is it only Fiorina’s face that is the real insult so much worse than having your son be blamed on your middle school daughter.
