OK, first of all, I didn't watch her show tonight and don't know if I ever will. Anyway, had more important things to do such as my project retaining wall in my front yard.

Anyway, saw the link on Drudge regarding her interview with Ted Cruz tonight and opened it to watch it.

My question: Is it me or did Miz Kelly come off (and look like) as a snotty b***h towards Ted Cruz?

She looked evil tonight!

Cruz did fine and answered the question. It was abundantly clear Kelly was not interested in Cruz’s stand on policy, she only wanted him to admit he supported Trump’s policy or not. She is pathetic.

You know— I actually wondered that too. I thought of that the night of the debates. The contrast between her hyper level of energy or anxiety and that of the men was noticeable to me. I remember thinking they were more practiced and professional in their calmer countenance and that she was still relatively new to her high profile position and fame and a case of giddiness and nerves, or else I thought, is she “on” something?

Megyn got so unnecessarily riveting with her harshness and intensity toward her guests and then the debate came. She could show humor and cleverness usually at her sign off, but basically with her guests she has become extremely harsh and prosecutorial. Something has caused her to ratchet up. Maybe fame. Maybe drugs. She has a huge plate that’s for sure.

Big Cruz fan here, but I swear Ted's voice was breaking under fairly mild questioning which Trump would have handled easily (by not backing down or waffling). Reminded me of the when Bobby Brady was in puberty on the Brady Bunch ("Time to Change"). Get that boy a tube of Clearasil!

I know. I very much enjoy Lou Dobbs and Varney too. I forget to turn them on, with dinner prep flying, but always enjoy the Varney banner and the smooth Lou Dobbs on any subject.

Don't have time to view your link, but since it's there, I'll trust that my memory was wrong.

Nevertheless, the way that the question was asked made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR Kelly was LEGITIMIZING the question. It was not unlike the "Some Say..." that journalists use to ask biased questions with an attempt at plausible deniability.

Hey, you have a right to your opinion that it was a fair, tough question. But I vehemently disagree, and from the evidence I've seen the majority of viewers side with me on this one.

It's been, what, a couple of weeks now, and I'm still FURIOUS with Kelly. She used to be my favorite journalist, and now I can't stand the sight of her.

And the funny thing is, I'm pretty neutral about Trump. There's things I like about him, but I have tons of reservations, chief of which is that I don't like his chances in the general election.

So to me, it's not that she went after Trump. It's that her attack was so clearly motivated by self-aggrandizement and was so dishonest. There are few things more despicable than trying to destroy a person's reputation, and I believe she did it out of greed, not ideological differences with the man.

If you go to YouTube and search "Megan Kelly and Ted Cruz" you'll come up with a series of interviews of Cruz by Kelly in which Kelly asks hard questions and pursues the questions with follow-up questions, as any respectable journalist would do.

There is nothing wrong with Megan Kelly, nothing wrong with her interview technique, nothing wrong with her treatment of Cruz, nothing wrong with her treatment of Trump, nothing wrong with her debate performance. All of this is entirely in the eyes of beholders who waste bandwidth with drivel like this and with photographs looking up Megan Kelly's skirt. We are debating whether Megan Kelly is chaste or not, whether she has blood coming out of her eyes or not. Stop!

Is this where Donald Trump has brought us? Megan Kelly has to have squinty eyes so that Trump's boorishness can be excused, everybody in the world has to be wrong so Trump can be right?

Then her 'performance' tonight would have really raised your blood pressure. Your assessment of her is spot on, and I am in complete agreement. I used to like her too. On some subjects she can really raise a very compelling argument. Maybe she is just following orders and that's why her tactics related to Trump are so shallow and transparent.
