Former reality television star and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump taunted his rival Sen. Lindsey Graham on Tuesday over a recent poll that showed the senator way behind in Graham's home state.
The taunt was spurred by a poll released Tuesday which found Trump led South Carolina among likely GOP voters.
Trump eagerly shared his poll results on Twitter:

The Monmouth University poll found Trump receiving 30 percent support from likely Republican primary voters with his closest competitor, former neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson, at 15 percent.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush polled at 9 percent, followed by Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and former technology executive Carly Fiorina at 6 percent. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz polled at 5 percent.
Graham and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker were tied at 4 percent each.
The poll was conducted from August 20 to 23 by telephone among 453 South Carolina residents likely to vote in the Republican primary in February. The margin of error was plus or minus 4.6 percent.

It’s this kind of crappy, poke-in-the-eye, comment that turns me off about Trump. I can never remember another candidate, from either party, making nyah-na-na-na-na comments like Trump makes regularly.
Hardcore Trumpers may like it, but IMO he’d be far better off dropping that shtick and stay focused on issues/policies as he needs to win independents in key states (not the folks who’ll vote Trump no matter what, or the Dems who won’t vote for anybody but Hillary) to win it all.

Trump is the MOST presidential.

The rest of the candidates do not have the balls, the stones, the huevos, the fortitude, the spine, the single minded drive, the FU money nor the power to take on the GOPe, the CoC, the MSM and the Corruptocrats and leave them crying and asking what in the hell just happened. Why does my butt hurt so much?
Trump does, and he has shown us he has no problem putting a lot of butt hurt into the aforementioned groups.
Do I trust Trump 100%? No!! Is he the only one who isnt funded by the CoC or other self interested big donors? Yes!! Walker is a good man. I see that. I saw him hold out against immense pressure in Wisconsin. Cruz is a better man. Saw him stand up to leadership, and call them liars. They have taken on sacred cows. I give them that.
Trump has been skewering the sacred cows on his lance as he rushes enemy positions. The mans frigging lance looks like a shis kebab. Walker and Cruz showed fortitude before they started running. Since, not so much. Trump is slaying the opposition, and driving their women and children before him before salting their fields.
He is a flawed man, but as I said, the Lord works in mysterious ways. A lot of us have been praying for a Dirty Harry style ass kicker to represent us. Trump was sent. That simple.
No, he doesn't. Trump needs to be Trump. I hope his outrageous outspokenness ends PC speech once and for all.
He's shaking the political elite to their very core. The only way to do that is to get us laughing at them. And it sure is a fun ride he's bringing us on.

Geographically, yes. Politically/socially/culturally, though, "Long Island" is used to refer to Nassau and Suffolk counties, not Queens & Brooklyn.
This is about publicity. Trump keeping his name out there. He either employs a marketing genius or he is one. Because everything he does works.
In this case I think what's happening is that he makes a statement like this and then people eventually tune into something like a debate or a tv appearance. Out of those who do so he knows a certain percentage will never ever vote for him...but he also knows a certain percentage will. He's basically trying to saturate the market with Trump.

I’m no fan of liberal Donald Trump. But Linda deserves no respect from anyone. If Trump wants to act like a juvenile in dissing her, I say have at it.
