"Object to that and you are not a conservative Constitutionalists and a Republican but a communists."
Ia it your contention that failure to vote for the Republican nominee is de facto support of communism?
What if that nominee is a Kasich, Rubio or Bush?

"Wonder what would happen if they turned that off?"
They can't help themselves.
They are drawn like a moth to a flame.
Won't happen.

So you are positive that he's had a Reaganesque transformation from liberal to conservative? 1. "The Perfect is the enemy of the Good." Gen. George Patton, Jr.
The understanding of this concept is why the Dems control politics in this country. They accept the less-than-perfect so long as they are loyal. They have the patience to understand that they will achieve their goals eventually, even if Candidate X isn't the perfect mechanism to achieve it right this second. Time for conservatives with a long-term view to adopt this philosophy if we hope to restore the America that we once knew.
2. In order to have any effect upon policy, you have to gain office. Ideologically perfect losers are merely interesting footnotes to history.
FYI, I support Ted Cruz...but Trump looks like a very clear winner at this point, and if he takes Cruz as Veep or in some other key position, then the lack of conservative purity is not as important to me.

Expect the Fox panel to declare that the early polls are useless except when they get one that their boy Bush has a commanding lead or Trump numbers are falling.

The non stop coverage of Trump is because their ratings go up. People cannot get enough of him. Also he is the Only candidate to give all networks his phone number and say call me anytime, ask me whatever you want.

You need to put your big boy pants on. Trump is right about immigration and on that issue alone he's earned the vote of every thinking American.
Let the left import 60 million more Marxist voters and the USA is finished. Think 60 million is an inflated number? Consider this, there are probably 20 to 30 million illegals here right now. Grant them citizenship and then they have the right to bring family here. 20 million bringing just two family members is 60 million. If 20 mil bring 5 family thats 120 million.

Kill the GOP. I 'll bring the rat poison. Because that's what they are...rats, just like the other 'rats across the aisle.

“In other news, the GOP considers banning Trump from the debates.”
If they do that, we can start calling them the Whig-e, because the GOP will be dead. There’s no better way of insuring that Trump will go 3rd Party...and for the first time since before the Civil War/War of Northern Aggression, a 3rd Party candidate might actually win.
Those jerks ought to remember that Reagan - an outsider who was very much despised by the current GOPe’s predecessors - did more to build the GOP than any other single person. Trump could do the same.

Whoever wins we must support.Sure, as long as it's Trump/Cruz, I'm down with that. But I, along with many, many REAL AMERICANS, will no longer support the GOPe RINO nonsense. Trump/Cruz 2016, or get ready for another 8 years of dummycrats.

Nope. I will only support Trump or Cruz. If anyone else wins the nomination I will vote third party, and if no one runs as a third party candidate I will leave that vote blank on my ballot.
Whoever wins we must support.
Did that for Bob Dole, George W Bush, John McCain and Mitt Romney. No more. I'm sick of the RNC fixing the system and promoting the most moderate canddidate by allowing open primaries and other dirty tricks.
From now until I die I will vote only for candidates that I want to see win. Period.

Trump will need, sadly, a GOPe running mate to be acceptable to the party. No he doesn't! Screw the party. The GOP needs Trump, even though they're too stupid to see it. Trump does not need the GOP.

True enough - but even if you like Candidate A, you won't send your money to him if you believe that Candidate B is going to win...kind of like flushing Franklins down the toilet, it isn't the most sensible thing to do.
Yes, and this is surely what has the rest of the field concerned. Trump is making it very hard for them to raise money. That's the single biggest cause of candidate failure. But it could also thin the field, which wouldn't be a bad idea, really.
