True. As plain and ordinary a fact as breathing in and exhaling.

People cluster behind a leader.

The relevant questions are whether in that clustering they have chosen of their own free will or have been coerced or forced, whether they were properly informed, misinformed, whether they are able to withstand in significant numbers the forces that engage in subverting the information.

In other news, the GOP considers banning Trump from the debates

GOP is like a cutter, can't keep from hurting themselves over and over again.

there will be so much buyer’s remorse on here if he gets the nomination and ends up getting beaten by 20% in the general no matter who the democRATS nominate to run.

Trump serves a purpose in the primaries, but i don’t see how in the world he could possibly win, or how he could possibly be good for conservatives even if he did win.

Dubya was right about his 9/11 response. he did what we conservatives wanted. yet he was still a disaster as a president in spite of being right about one thing. even if Trump is right about immigration, he’s wrong about so much else.

i’m sad to see that Cruz hasn’t gotten any traction. Trump seems to be sucking all of the oxygen out of the room for everyone else. i see this ending very badly for us in the long run.

I would be happy with either Trump or Cruz. I’m concerned that the establishment has a lot of cards up their sleeves yet to play. Not to mention the perverted system of delegate apportionment.

If Jeb is the GOP nominee I will vote for Hillary. That is a promise.

I also believe that aside from some unforced error Trump will be the nominee. He is going to fill a stadium with people in Alabama today. Jeb Bush got about 150 at his townhall. Trump got 2500.

People want America back to being America again. End of story.

Why Trump is winning...... Donald J. Trump ‏@realDonaldTrump 2h2 hours ago Jeb Bush signed memo saying not to use the term "anchor babies," offensive. Now he wants to use it because I use it. Stay true to yourself!

With Regan we got Bush (Texas, rat at the time). Trump will need, sadly, a GOPe running mate to be acceptable to the party. A GOPer from a battle state either Jeb from Fla (unlikely Trump would agree to that) or John Kaski (sp?). Carly was my favorite for VP but she blew that by joining the anti trumpsters.

Lots of folks want Cruz but Cruz as VP makes no sense. He would not help the ticket, Texas is in the bag for the GOP and VP is largely a ceremonial position. So Cruz would be waisted as a VP. I like Cruz in the Senate or even better on the Supreme Court.

"Day by day Trump gets more support..."

Sadly, the Magazine hasn't put than electronic version of the article up that denotes Investment advisers would vote for someone other than Hillary or Sanders to the tune of 64.3% vs. 35.7% for Hilda / Sanders.

( See the link below )

IMHO if he keeps this up and gets Cruz on the Ticket it will be a blowout that makes Reagan v Mondale look like chump change...

“Believe he will be the nominee” isn’t the same as “will vote for him,” but still, the bandwagon effect is powerful in primaries.

True enough - but even if you like Candidate A, you won't send your money to him if you believe that Candidate B is going to win...kind of like flushing Franklins down the toilet, it isn't the most sensible thing to do.

i won’t vote for JEB. but i also won’t vote for Hillary. that’s just crazy. voting for the enemy because you don’t like our nominee??? doesn’t make sense to me.

i’ll write-in my vote for somebody else in that scenario.
