Hillary Clinton email probe turns to Huma

Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s most trusted confidante, is increasingly becoming a central figure in the email scandal that’s haunting her boss on the campaign trail, as Republicans and federal judges seek information about Clinton’s communications while she was running the State Department.

The 2016 Democratic front-runner on Monday told a federal judge that Abedin — long considered her boss’s keeper and even dubbed her “shadow” — had her own email account on Clinton’s now infamous home-brewed server, “which was used at times for government business,” Clinton acknowledged. That’s an unusual arrangement, even for top brass at the State Department.

Abedin has hired a team of lawyers, one of whom is a former Clinton aide, who are responding to information requests from the courts and State. They’ve denied any wrongdoing on the part of their client and said Abedin is cooperating with requests for official emails in her possession, aiming to turn over all her correspondence by the end of August.

I would doubt Huma - as a civilian - has a TS/SCI/Code Word clearance. VERY VERY Doubtful even working for the most powerful and smartest woman on the globe.

Okay. . I'm not attorney, but here's a what if. . So, if Hillary discussed or sent email back and forth ANY classified confidential information, up to TS, up to Talent Keyhole. . now bear with me, if she knowingly discussed or emailed ANY confidential, TS, Talent Keyhole. . anything classified with a civilian. . let's say it's just lil' ole me, would she be in violation of any Federal Law?

I assume there are many laws on the books not to mention protocols in the State Department that prohibit such behavior. Also, besides specific laws violated, does it fall under High Crimes and Misdemeanors and/or Treason?

What are the chances she communicated verbally, in writing or via email with Huma. . and vice versa, said classified, confidential and TS information? Is 100% a reasonable guess? Now we need proof.

Time for a Special Prosecutor announcement on Monday.

-Huma’s worked for 20 yrs. for Clinton from age of 19.

-Huma had *her own account* on Hillary’s unsecured, unencripted, home brewed (garaged) server she did Gov. business on.......(Classified must be stored where no one can gain access wihtout special clearance. and an *official government address* that is required by* transparency rules*).

-Abedin has hired a team of lawyers, . *former Clinton Aide*..Karen Dunn and Miguel Rodriguez

-Huma’s *official only* emails in her possession won’t be turned over til end of August.

-Abedin had *special l government employee* status, allowing her to work both for Clinton and the private sector...on the payroll for Clinton Foundation and Teneo, a consulting firm founded by former Clinton White House adviser Doug Band.

***She previously had not disclosed the dual employment.***

- Abedin and Band were on more than 7,000 emails together
while she worked at State

-Did she continue using the server that held classified information following leaving departure from her full-time State gig...and woking for the Clinton Foundation?????

-Abedinis attorney said she maintained her security clearance while she worked as a State contractor
