REPUBLICAN CIVIL WAR: BUSH SAYS TRUMP 'BAFFOON' A 'CLOWN' AN '***HOLE'

http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2015/08/gop-2016-debate-jeb-bush-donald-trump-121076.html#.VcNyqktq5SE

The half-dozen conservative senators and governors who had planned to run before Bush brought out his shock-and-awe fundraising campaign, had to laugh: They viewed Bush himself as an intruder, a political semi-retiree who sat on the sidelines for eight years while they fought Barack Obama. Now it was Bush’s turn to rage at an outsider.

“Seriously, what’s this guy’s problem?” he asked one party donor he ran into recently according to accounts provided by several sources close to Bush—and he went on to describe the publicity seeking real estate developer now surging in public polls far ahead of Bush and all the 15 others in the Republican field as “a buffoon,” “clown” and “***hole.”

My biggest worry as a father of 2 recent college graduates is what kind of future they will have. And I see the most hope in a Trump leadership. We do not need a morality lecture from the leadership. We can manage our morality without outside help. But we can not manage quality of economic life without a leader who really understands how economy works, AND IS NOT IN THE POCKET OF HIS RICH DONORS, as all other 16 candidates are.

Character has to matter. That’s what happen the last 2 elections. They fell in love with Obama, but his life told a totally different story, not to mention his votes. We have to look at a mans life.

Some believe a politician can save this country. The Christians I know believe we’re all imperfect, but God can use a simple man to change the hearts and minds of people. Obama did that in reverse. many people voted like It was an American idol popularity contest. Compromising our values on the character of a candidate only give us compromised candidates. I truly believe we lost because many compromised and voted for Romney, as well as the fact that the gop and Romney cheated. I confess I trusted my vote on a man I thought might be evil. God doesn’t believe in the lesser of true evils. We are to reject all evil period. Again I think this is relevant:

I wonder what is most important to Trump. He’s been married 3 times. He implied he put his work ahead of his family. That means money and success is more important to him than his family. That could also mean he could sell out for success or money. His evolution on issues tells me he’s Romney II. Why should we trust a man who doesn’t even do right by his family? If he can’t keep his vows, why would he keep his word on conservative issues? He could wheel and deal big time on K Street. Who’s to say Hillary won’t make him a deal if he runs 3rd party should he lose the primary.

Haha, I saw some great posts earlier today, on various threads, that I was nodding to, then saw that Sharky wrote them :) But I had to get back to the sweatshop so couldn’t respond.

About Bush3... I thought I had always read on FR that he was/is the smart one. I guess everyone was being sarcastic and I didn’t realize it?

Completely about the meltdown, lol. I’m so tired of these wanna-be kings and queens.

What a pitiful bunch the Bushes turned out to be. Losing to that effn Clinton, almost losing to Bore and Skerry. And paving the way for the disaster known as Obama.

Way to go after your supposed own side, you POS. Do whatever you can to keep the WH in Dem hands.

Loser.

Did Jeb say all these things while he was looking in the mirror?

I was wondering what you thought about this bright idea of “moderate” “journalists” running a Republican debate.

I'm convinced that the talking heads on Fox are the equivalent of the RINOs in Congress.

They're owned and run by the Uniparty, just as much as the lib talking heads on the 'other' side of the media industrial complex.

Their treatment of the Republican candidates won't be as blatantly in-your-face as liberal journalists, but damn near. They're going to throw things at our guys that they'd never dare throw at any Democrat.

Tell you what, though. There's one guy who'll be on that stage who won't take that crap for one second.

You’re both right. Bush is garbage, but so is Trump. Trump wouldn’t rule out a third party run. He’s in it to win it for a Democrat.
