Actually it is the opposite. She/he wants to turn her/his ‘extra X chromosome’ into a Y chromosome. Can’t be done, of course.
Actually is I were a female in the Muslim faith, perhaps I too would consider transitioning into a male. No future on being a female in that ideology, only looked upon as a slave or an animal.
