The University of Cincinnati is reportedly closed down this afternoon as police officers prepare for potential riots over the death of an unarmed man who was killed by university cops during a traffic stop last week.
Samuel Dubose, 43, who is black, was shot and killed by white UC Officer Ray Tensing after Tensing reported that he was dragged by Duboses vehicle and had to fire. The shooting, called not good by Cincinnati Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell, was captured on Tensings body camera and is set to be released today:

Lol, get over yourself, counselor. Does this count as billable hours for you?
Away from the vehicle? Is that what happened?
I asked because it appears the cop shoots the victim in the head and then car suddenly lurches forward with the cop in foot pursuit. And it appeared the prosecutor substantiated this.
Here is a link to the video:

The shooting takes place at ~45 seconds in the linked video. Now, please tell me what possible justification the officer had for using deadly force.
And yet it seems that the prosecutor has said words almost to that effect:
Deters is one of the best prosecutors in the U.S. Very conservative. Says video is senseless killing of civilian.
and
This office has probably reviewed upwards of hundreds of police shootings, and this is the first time weve thought this is without question a murder. -Joe Deters, Hamilton County Prosecutor.

Presenter is going all-out to blame the cop, so far as stating cop _wanted_ to shoot the guy and was looking for an excuse/cover to. Every occupation has people who shouldnt be doing it. Declares driver did nothing violent, though Im really unclear about whether the door was opened (in conjunction with gin issue, perhaps).
If someone can get more of a direct video feed ping me.
It’s a bit odd they would put this up on a projector type screen. This was digital so they should be able to feed the link direct.
The video is available here:

Note: The attorney for the deceased, Sam Dubose its none other than Mark O’Mara who was the attorney for George Zimmerman.
Let’s stick with the objective facts, not rhetoric with those saying whatever they can to defuse the inevitable riots.
Someone linked to the video, I’ll go watch it soon.
The other scenario I’m seeing possible is - given the setup I described - driver was told to get out, and put the vehicle in park & took his foot off the brake, resulting in the vehicle moving a couple inches (as usually happens) startling the officer who overreacted (conviction: manslaughter).
Let’s stay away from fighting, instead looking for objective facts.

Thanks, Old Sarge.
Too many reporters wanted to hook into that feed to provide such streaming the moment they first showed it. Digital copies will be available, if not already.
He started the car.
Soros funded groups. Sometimes one group will send cash to another, and that group will send cash to yet another. Each time though, the left wing groups always lead back to this one man.
In order for him to break the U.S., there has to be chaos in the streets. He's old and doesn't have much time to finish the job, so he's pushing ahead full force.
I think it was on O'reilly that this "Black lives matter" movement was tracked right back to Soros. This is not a grass roots activity. It's 100% political.
It's not to be taken seriously as far as race is concerned. The blacks are being used. It's all about left wing anarchy and this is just their latest target. When a new target comes along, they'll dump the blacks overnight and move on the another "victim" class.
There were initial reports of the officer being dragged by or otherwise threatened by the car's motion. If that's not the case, and the cop was in no danger, he is screwed.
But metaphysically, I, generally, will save my outrage for the victims of police abuse who do nothing to warrant it. They exist, you know.
Depending on jurisdiction, campus cops are held to the same standards as municipal police forces, are highly trained, and depending on the university may have much better pay and perks than municipal cops. University police are not rent-a-cops, the jobs are highly sought after, and for many universities -- especially the size of UC -- they work in departments larger than many municipal police forces.
"Are Campus Police the Same as Real Police"
"Yes, Campus Police Are Real Cops Too"
After watching the video that is the only thing I can deduct from it also. Of course the video is such poor quality it does not help...
The cop then chased after a vehicle occupied by a dead man which had already crashed and was stopped.
“Driver was pulled over for no front plate - the kind of inane excuse commonly used by police to further investigate reasonably suspicious but not having probable cause.”
Ya gotta have front plates in Ohio. I was pulled over in ‘92 in a brand new Lexus LS400 for no front plate. When I pointed out to the cop that it was a Florida registered car he said, “My mistake. Have a nice day.”
