The other scenario I’m seeing possible is - given the setup I described - driver was told to get out, and put the vehicle in park & took his foot off the brake, resulting in the vehicle moving a couple inches (as usually happens) startling the officer who overreacted (conviction: manslaughter).
Let’s stay away from fighting, instead looking for objective facts.
After watching the video that is the only thing I can deduct from it also. Of course the video is such poor quality it does not help...
