Presenter is going all-out to blame the cop, so far as stating cop _wanted_ to shoot the guy and was looking for an excuse/cover to. Every occupation has people who shouldnt be doing it. Declares driver did nothing violent, though Im really unclear about whether the door was opened (in conjunction with gin issue, perhaps).
Let’s stick with the objective facts, not rhetoric with those saying whatever they can to defuse the inevitable riots.

The other scenario I’m seeing possible is - given the setup I described - driver was told to get out, and put the vehicle in park & took his foot off the brake, resulting in the vehicle moving a couple inches (as usually happens) startling the officer who overreacted (conviction: manslaughter).
Let’s stay away from fighting, instead looking for objective facts.
