On 4/23/2007, Jim Robinson posted a manifesto, "Giuliani as the GOP presidential nominee would be a dagger in the heart of the conservative movement" (and a knife in the back) . The thread was subtitled, "The only difference in a Liberal Rudy Giuliani and Liberal Hillary Clinton is the fact of which bathrooms they select to use and there are some who are willing to even question that.
Where has John Robinson been lately?
I’m 50 years old, I’m done evolving and I managed it without becoming a liberal.
No we can't, however we have been given wisdom to make wise choices based on past actions/stands. When someone takes certain positions right before running for an election that are opposite to the positions they used to hold, then you have to wonder about that.
Sometimes that’s all you can do.
As for Trump, I still can’t figure out his hair.
1. Grow your hair about 5 or 6 inches long at the crown.
2. Use styling gel.
3. Comb it all into a little platform and aim for the mirror in front of you.
4. Use hair spray.
5. Touch up the platform every three hours with more hair spray.
Do you remember Senator Phil Graham? He used to be a democrat

Ronald Reagan used to be a democrat.
What I hear is Democrats talking about how if Pubs were smart they would dump Trump because he’s going to hurt their brand. When liberals start giving advice to Pubs it usually means they’re running scared.
Thanks, AW.
That’s what I get for assumin’. :)
Another excellent post.
Great answer! Why I did’nt think of that?????
Problem there being that to get the 'like' button you have to be on Facepagething. Where FR would promptly get banned by Mark Zuckerflurb and its minions because they can't allow too much truth on their fiefdom..
(Just ask Breitbart or iPhone Conservative, or...)
Who knows? I’m just glad that I’m not going bald.
“Ping” is the original like.
My observation is that Jim R. has been more than fair to Trump — even supportive. Maybe I’m wrong.
Your post #43 is very well said.
Yes, but Reagan did not "evolve" right before he ran for President. He was a reliable conservative by the time he was running for President.
Romney evolved to conservative when he started running for the republican presidential nomination. I think he evolved back to liberal when he lost.
Waiting for perfection gets you what Linus got when he waited for the Great Pumpkin.
If you're referring to the head on the television set tuned to the History Channel, it appears to be Keith "Skeets" Ogilvie, recipient of the RCAF Distinguished Flying Cross.
I”m embarrassed for you. Takes a person of minimal class to publically call out someone the way you did, when you could have emailed him to ask him. Take your skirt off and man up.
I am not waiting for perfection- that is just hyperbole. None of them are perfect. However, I want the best conservative.
