A federal judge scolded State Department attorneys during a tense hearing last week, ordering officials to produce Hillary Clinton-related records that The Associated Press has been requesting for years.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon said he wants to “find out what’s been going on” at the State Department,” or rather, “what’s not been going on over there” that the AP’s records requests have been ignored for four years, Politico reported. The news publication is reportedly seeking records about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s schedules and her former top staffers.

After the next inauguration but only if we elect a real conservative and only if we continue to demand it. Until then, Obama has complete control over enforcement.

I believe that he could easily tell the law enforcement personnel present in the courtroom to throw them in jail for contempt until the material is produced.

Trump will be effective, but Trump can’t do much to get an ineffective judge off of the bench except call him out from the podium.

But he could form a judicial review committee headed by Newt Gingrich charged with the task of identifying judges that need to be removed, and building a case for Congress to impeach them.

That’s correct. Impeachment is the only way to force a federal judge off of the bench. They can be encouraged to resign, but only the impeachment process can remove them if they refuse.
