A federal judge scolded State Department attorneys during a tense hearing last week, ordering officials to produce Hillary Clinton-related records that The Associated Press has been requesting for years.
U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon said he wants to find out whats been going on at the State Department, or rather, whats not been going on over there that the APs records requests have been ignored for four years, Politico reported. The news publication is reportedly seeking records about former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons schedules and her former top staffers.

Whoa! They'll probably get right on that now. Errr, per their counsels advice, they'll do the common standard now and simply ignore the judge. No warrants, no US marshals dispatched to arrest anybody. Yawn.

Does this story have anything to do with this story? Clinton depositions blocked by judge Washington Times ^ | 22 Jul 2015 | S.A. Miller Posted on July 22, 2015 at 10:22:17 AM CDT by mandaladon A federal judge Tuesday blocked a scheduled deposition of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, in a civil lawsuit that claims the Clinton Foundation operated as a criminal organization. The conservative watchdog group Freedom Watch, which brought the lawsuit against the Clintons, had scheduled separate video-taped depositions for them next week.

The judge is not really serious. If he was serious, he would jail the people responsible for getting the evidence, and tell them they only get out when their underlings produce the emails.

LOL, thanks for the humor. I am hoping for Judge Richard Leon to puts a couple lackeys in jail for contempt of court, then things might start happening.

Does this Judge know Donald Trump???
If he does, he had best follow thru, I have a feeling that it might be overlooked during this administration, but if Trump wins as POTUS, it’s not going to be....

Even if he is serious and tries to do something, — anything! — he will be ignored and no higher authority will step in and block enforcement. There are no consequences for liberal/Democrat lawlessness.
Nothing to see here...

If the judge wants to get their attention...just take the number one lawyer on their team and tell him that his law license is suspended until you are satisfied. Then tell him to leave the table and turn to the number two guy. Tell him he’s got 72 hours or he will lose his license. That will get their attention real quick.

Judge Leon should compare notes with Judge Hanen. After Hanen scolded ICE, et al for ignoring his order to cease and desist from allowing any more illegals into the Country, they started a rope-a-dope. ICE put out a story that they’re obeying Judge Hanen and going door-to-door pretending to round up unknown, untraceable illegal cockroaches.
Meanwhile on the back channel, Obunga has flipped the bird at Judge Hanen by ordering ICE to NOT enforce immigration laws UNTIL AMNESTY HAS BEEN PASSED. The article first ran here on FR Wednesday evening. I see no reason to believe they’ll obey Judge Leon any better.
So yer honors; the gauntlet has been thrown down by ‘resident Obunga and Jeh Johnson. The world is watching.

Not sure about suspending license. I think it’s a longer process. But I’m pretty sure the judge can hold lead lawyer in contempt and taken directly from courtroom to jail.
