Hiya Beachie!

I'm with you, the beach is a great place to be. I live several hours further away now, but I'll still get there.

I've had the last 2 days off and I spent one day just down-sizing all the "stuff" I have. Organizing, storing and throwing a lot of useless things away. Awhile back I rented a storage unit and organized it as well.

Too much "stuff".

Son was over Monday and we hung out all day, a lot of fun.

Yes, this is what I will be doing for the first few months (year?) of retirement.
Don't have a storage unit; however, do have a shed that needs cleaning and organizing (know hubby will hate that, LOL).
Will do the attic too.

Did son-boy tell you all about his trip? Did he enjoy it?

All is well. Done my walk and now catching up on pings.

It's going OK. My Ford pickup is at Billingsley Ford in Duncan being serviced.

They are waiting for the parts to arrive. I went up there yesterday and showed them the flat tire. They went ahead and examined the pickup and found there needs to be some alignment also.

If all goes well we should have the pickup back by this weekend. We'll see.

This all happened because of something I hit on the highway. I thought I drove past it but apparently I didn't

Cousin Dickie came by and helped put in the doughnut. We took it up there yesterday.

My brother who is overseeing this put in an order for four new tires. We will get those put in in addition to the new upper ball lift on the front driver's side.

If all goes well we should have the pickup back by this weekend.

Tomorrow is cataract surgery day on my right eye. I probably won’t be on at all in the evening, or maybe I will. Don’t know til I get there.

I know - Colossal Cave is in her neck of the desert; supposed to be a train robbery cache somewhere in the cave.

We could also visit the Titan Missile Silo and the Pima Air and Space Museum. A recent Air Force One is there, as well as an SR-71.
