I know - Colossal Cave is in her neck of the desert; supposed to be a train robbery cache somewhere in the cave.
We could also visit the Titan Missile Silo and the Pima Air and Space Museum. A recent Air Force One is there, as well as an SR-71.

Been to CC, It’s a dormant cave.
The robbers hideout story is a good one but it is a dormant cave.
I would love to see Kartchner Caverns.
I waited years for that to open and it opened the year after I moved away.
