Global Reset Soon?

Let's recap the anomalies in the the last 24 hours.

1) Pope calls for one world government.

2) Chinese stock trading halted.

3) U.S. stock exchange halted.

4) Banks closed in Greece.

5) US mint suspends sale of American Eagle coins.

6) United Airlines flights grounded.

7) Web sites like Wall Street Journal (financial web site) and Zerohedge (financial web site) shut down.

8) Possible Cyber Attack?

Feel free to add to the list.

Can we connect the dots, or is this just a coincidence?

Good list. You did great. Something tells me you may want to hang onto that list for future use.

I never would have thought launching fireworks off your head would have to be included. Most people know better. Most People.

Liberals are stirring the pot in hopes of having a revolution. It ain't gonna happen.

I’d say it was more Satan (whose Spirit walks the Earth) that put him in power than God.

The ones that are still alive

I dust off the list from time to time. It is stored in my profile page.

It is incorrect to imply that this glitch shut everything down.

Good point.

I still think we’re all gonna die!

And what do they gain? They certainly lose quite a bit, grounding all the flights in the middle of vacation season didn’t help UA’s bottom line. Things do indeed just break.

Why is it so important to you to get paranoid about every computer fault that’s easily explained? Me, I like the truth. And the truth is generally a lot less complicated than conspiracy buffs enjoy.

And real world experience is that things just break, sometimes at the same time in unrelated incidents.

Yep. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. And sometimes it isn’t...

“.....My take is there are no end times, anybody that thinks we are is just plain wrong..... Every generation for the entire recorded history of mankind has had people that thought they were in the end times. They were all wrong. And they still are....”

Interesting is one of the signs of the beginning of the end is that people would say exactly as you stated....

Peter wrote that scoffers would deny the signs given and the coming of the Lord saying......” “since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation”.

I think that when people refer to the “end times” they see a increasing progression and intensity of events.....which even unbelievers are warning about.... doesn’t mean the world’s ending...rather that the staging of events is clearly recognized and moving into place as it’s written. ....Jesus said in Matthew, “all these are ‘beginning’ of sorrows”....Matt. 24:8

We also keep in mind that the same thing occured in Noah’s Day.....Again Matthew 16 v.3 tells us that Jesus rebuked the people of His day for ‘failing to recognize’ the signs of the times” that heralded His ‘first coming’.... How much more reason do we have today to recognize the signs of His second coming? Which is really what Christians mean...they are looking to depart before the worst happens here in the world...just as was written.

Well it’s kind of a given. When you always have people predicting X you’re also going to always have people scoffing at said predictions. When there’s a constant cry of “wolf” from one camp there’s a constant rolling of the eyes in another.

A lot of that increasing of intensity is really just a matter of looking. With more people on the planet, doing more things, causing more events, and better information infrastructure there will always be an increase of intensity, both in what’s actually happening and what you can find out is happening.

People failed to see the “signs of the time” when Jesus was around, and yet it turns out, those weren’t the times. His Apostles thought he was coming back in their life time, and pretty much ever generation of Christian since has thought the same thing, and they’ve all been wrong. I believe strongly in empirical evidence and playing the odds. And the evidence says odds are against this generation being right while all previous have been wrong.

I’ve found it very interesting and revealing that you feel compelled to try and rebut numerous different Freepers here, who simply have a different opinion than you do. And, yours is just that — an opinion. You have no lockbox filled with The Truth. It just seems kind of silly and childish to me.

Other than my initial entry into the thread they posted to me, so I replied. Which is really not terribly interesting really. And really it’s not an opinion, it’s pointing out the severe logical fallacies in their position. If I had a lockbox on the truth I’d open it, that’s kind of the point of being fond of truth, sharing. If there’s something childish and silly here it’s thinking that responding to people with facts and logic is childish.

Well as I see it regardless of how stated...the indicators are there that we are in the beginnings of the end so to speak...

Watching the International Stage of Nations for years now it’s become an indicator for me. Though it does ebb and tide at various junctures there is now a very clear ‘positioning’ of movements which is striking...and this much closer together and rapidly moving. You can in many respects watch the news while holding a Bible in your hand and see “the picture” taking shape...and this without effort.

"But why September?"

Not sure - I initially thought autumn 2016, but I kept getting this feeling about this September (I know feelings aren't facts - not before the fact, anyway).
But it's the number and diversity of people who have that same feeling about this September - maybe we're way wrong, but it's creepy none-the-less.
And if nothing happens, I'm ahead of the game - because it's bound to give at some point.

Only if you want to see it that way. Which has always been the case. End times are all about conformational bias. If you think these are the end times there’s always lots of indicators... all the way up until things don’t end. But rest easy, because now there’s even MORE indicators.

Watching predictions of doom for years now it’s become an indicator to me that they’re always wrong. People have been saying exactly what you’re saying since news was watchable (and similar to what you’re saying since before Jesus walked the earth) and always been wrong.
