Yet another rejection of constitutional principles by the Supreme Court has been overlooked in the furor over the pro-Obamacare and same-sex marriage decisions.
This time, its not what the justices said, but what they refused to say that is noteworthy.
Reuters reports that the high courts refusal to hear an appeal of the decision in the case of Kobach, et al. v. Election Assistance Commission, et al, had the effect of upholding the ruling handed down last November by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

This has been ignored by the MSM.
The Supreme Court has been bought and paid for
It has been Satanized
By the Lawless One
Build illegal alien homes with overcrowded jammed to the gills south of the border types and build them next door and in the neighborhoods of the Supreme drecks. That would be a nice reward for them.
Less the 3 good ones.
I don’t see anything stopping liberals from actively busing in illegals from foreign countries so they can register, vote and get government goodies. They are already encouraging them but the next step would be to speed up the process and actively help them across
That’s what the “reunion” with Cuba is really about. Cuba will dump their unwanteds straight into the US welfare system and onto the voters list. Surprised it took this long.
No other country in the world lets foreigners vote in their elections. This is appalling.
In a banana republic pirate law is the only real law.
Folks, what are we going to do?
SCOTUS is supposed to rule on whether issues are constitutional or not.....ummmm, where is the right for illegal aliens to vote in American elections written in The Constitution?
I would like to see a federal law passed that required the Supremes to wear orange jumpsuits.
Perhaps someone can correct me, and if I need it they should.
Did the SCOTUS do this because states set up the voting process and it’s their purview?
It would seem to me it could be a sound decision based on that, but doesn’t the federal government have a vested interest in the federal elections.
It would seem there would be some grounds for the SCOTUS to step in.
Yup. SCOTUS has become a freak show. Not to mention, illegal, as in criminal or treasonous.
Liberals have pretty much killed the U.S. Constitution. I hope they are happy with the results. I predict it will bite them back sooner rather than later.
Our country has been turned over by those sworn to protect it.
No other nations government is this stupid. It must be replaced.
Was this the case that was really about whether a state has a right to alter a Federal form? In that/this case the issue was a state changing copies of a Federal form to include documentation not required by the Federal government.
Every branch of Govt is trying to destroy us. There is no other reasonable explanation for their actions.
I don't think I even need to spell that out.
1776?
So activist justices dont have enumerated constitutional rights to prohibit the states from prohibiting people from voting on the basis of not being able to prove citizenship, or not being able to show a valid voter ID, any more than they have enumerated rights to prohibit the states from prohibiting gay marriage and abortion.
In fact, note that state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified in Minor v. Happersett that being a citizen does not automatically guarantee the right to vote.
The ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, along with corrupt senators and activist justices.
