So they could not win this debate with their star candidate, Wendy Davis, for Texas governor as it was discovered early on that she lied about significant things concerning her background and that she ran a very disappointing campaign against Greg Abbott. Instead, they do things this way, creating a political climate that would make Will Darnell’s garage in Stephen King’s “Christine” look like a Sunday school venue by comparison.

The court is ignoring laws, the white house ignores their own fed laws, so why should the states abide by laws now?
If he tries first withholding Fed payments like Social Security checks or ed funds, then Texas should direct all businesses to deposit Fed withholding taxes into a state account. Starve the beast and see how long it holds on.
"Let the murder of innocent unborn children CONTINUE, I say!!"
I would as I;m sick of what is going on and when or if the states do leave then a law should stop these liberal communist, socially liberal idiots ever applying to live in the state
Yep 5-4 was the vote:

Yeah, we’ll just misinterpret anything SCOTUS says to us, inferring a ‘shall not’ when their decree reads ‘shall’ just
like they do.
Tell ‘em it’s Opposite Year or something.
That’s what happens when you eviscerate the LAW, SCOTUS.
They mostly had to do with having standards in an operating room that a hospital would have for health and safety purposes to the patient (the mother patient, not the patient they kill). Clearly that would be against the abortion clause in the constitution.
Does Roe v. Wade guarantee abortion clinics the right to stay in business? Isn’t that what this is all about?
I think the court's been corrupted somehow, and they simply take turns amongst themselves being for or against these decisions to make it look like things are on the up and up. A 5-4 decision is just as good as a 9-0 decision, so they take turns being the "bag guys" for who will be in the dissenting 4 each time.
I believe TN just passed this same law, or one similar.
Gay “marriage”- check
Continued slaughter of the unborn- check
Kennedy is an evil SOB.
I Would really support a secession movement.

We had a snowball's chance in hell with all the latest decisions and deep down we all knew it.
Is anybody still under the illusion that our high court consists of actual judges?
I looked up Kennedy’s education, Harvard again, Stanford before. I am thinking we have educational/Ivy League elites giving the shaft to the people of this nation. I think that is part of the problem too. Get people who got their law degree from Podunk U or where ever.
SCOTUS.
