Anybody that thinks the court isn’t Obama’s own personal puppet need a reality check.
Obama owns the Supreme Court. Lock. Stock. and Barrel.
I;m guessing , but the decision is again 5-4?
Yep. a 5-4 decision
Preliminary order, not yet a final determination of Constitutionality ... although I think we all know where that will end up
Well thank God we voted for lesser evil that gave up on social issues and moved on.
It was the conservative thing to do you know...Settled science.
Does Texas have a nullification law in place or in its constitution?
Obama long ago set a precedent of not enforcing laws he didn’t happen to like. The Supreme Court has just affirmed that law no longer matters — so, why can’t Texas ignore this ruling? The people of Texas and their representatives spoke — THAT’S the will of the people — not 5 perverts in black robes.
Why am I not surprised, what is the point of this court anymore when it’s always the same judges voting no matter what the same?
It’s a puppet curt. Obama could order Americans to give their houses to all illegals and the same judges would say it is constitutional.
Is it time for TX and other states to now just leave?
Why should states abide by the law when the feds ignore the law. drugs , immigration, and then make new laws for homosexuals etc.

Kennedy strikes again.
One article I read a while back said that the federal government is forcing de facto secession by states who simply say, “No. Your laws are illegal and we won’t abide by them.”
What do you expect from the Supreme Fart
Laws don’t mean what they say.
SC said so last week.
Texas skates.
They covered the White House in rainbow light for the marriage decision, what will the cover the WH in for this?
hmmmmmmm
SCOTUS and POTUS are declaring war on state’s rights.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to temporarily block
parts of a strict new Texas abortion law.
The court granted a request by womens health providers, which had asked the court to
temporarily put on hold a 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling from June 9. The groups
asked the high court to put the provisions on hold until they can file a formal petition
asking the justices to take the case.

Let Governor Abbott paraphrase Andrew Jackson. They got their decision, now let them enforce it.
