In the wake of Fridays historic Supreme Court ruling on marriage equality, Republicans did not hold back their rage but few politicians went as far as 2016 candidate Gov. Bobby Jindal.
The Louisiana Republican, who launched a longshot bid for the presidency last week, suggested that the 5-4 ruling, which made same-sex marriage legal throughout the nation, was cause for disbanding the entire Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court is completely out of control, making laws on their own, and has become a public opinion poll instead of a judicial body, Jindal said in a statement on Friday. If we want to save some money, lets just get rid of the court."
Marriage between a man and a woman was established by God, and no earthly court can alter that, he added.

Well, you know we all want to change the world.
It'll never happen. 'Too many homies amongst Republicans.
Looks like it. Not sure that’s actually bad if they were to remain steadfast to the legality of their actions.
As it stands, not good...
I wouldn’t argue against your point of view on this.
Without the 17th Amendment most of the Justices on on the USSC wouldn't have ever been confirmed by the Senate.
State Legislatures would have replaced a Senator who relied on their own personal "wisdom" rather than doing what the folks back home wanted done. Senators would walk the staight and narrow on very visible things like court appointments and most other things as well.
Beyond that, even Lefties among Republicans.
Must be the season of the witch.
And look at the sorry scum our “employees” elected.
Talkers? I give you Ms. Kagan and/or The Wise Latina.
A lot of lefties would be sh*tting bricks if a Trump/Jindal ticket erupted from the Republicrat convention.
The people gave us eight years of Barack Obama.
While we’re at it, get rid of the 16th too. That has given the federal government first dibs on everything you make, destroyed your privacy, and has resulted in its uncontrolled growth.
Why single out Roberts ? Everyone on the court except Thomas seems to think their job is to legislate or obfuscate
Somethings sure up...
One dictator in a 5-4 decision can destroy God’s plan for the human family. Our nation, the Babylon of Revelation, will be destroyed, drowning in her own putrid rebellion against God. “Be not deceived. God is not mocked.”
I do mainly because of his actions on Obamacare, where he single-handedly foisted the thing off on U. S. Citizens.
I don’t disagree with your take on it in large part, but his actions on this one were so over the top you can’t deny what he did.
He’s just unfit to hold office.
I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.
I miss the good old days, when $25 million was enough to make the Beverly Hillbillies super-rich.
