US Supreme Court Issues and Opinions - 9:30am EDT (SCOTUS Blog to start at 9am) 6-25-15
Stay out of downtown Chicago this Sunday. The queers will be having a field day.
I just read the syllabus of KING ET AL. v. BURWELL and you are so right. The last paragraph of it starts by reading:
Petitioners plain-meaning arguments are strong, but the Acts context and structure compel the conclusion that Section 36B allows tax credits for insurance purchased on any Exchange created under the Act.
It goes on say this is because it was the intent of Congress (i.e. Pelosi's and Reid's Congress).
So how many of this “bunch of gutless worthless people” will we vote out as soon as possible?.
If anyone votes a sitting, US Senator or Congressman, to return to Washout, DC, they are assisting our demise!
Revamp Washout, DC( Dirty Congress).
Politics is war by other means, and that is what it would take to stop a tyrannical unitary government.
It’s also the anniversary of the Lawrence ruling.
And on its tombstone, the epitaph needs to read “Died of One Man, One Vote”.
We’re seeing a combination of Alexander Tytler and Idiocracy. A public thats figured out they can vote themselves money out of the treasury, but are too stupid to understand that such actions end in disaster.
Simulating??
Congress can now pass a “law” that is simply a blank piece of paper. It can mean anything and everything the executive branch deems it. That is what this ruling means.
It’s the picayune size of Greece’s debt that allows it to stumble on.
That’s not an option for as huge a debt as ours.
Orwellian doublespeak:
(b) When read in context, the phrase an Exchange established by the State under [42 U. S. C. §18031] is properly viewed as ambiguous. The phrase may be limited in its reach to State Exchanges. But it could also refer to all Exchangesboth State and Federalfor purposes of the tax credits. If a State chooses not to follow the directive in Section 18031 to establish an Exchange, the Act tells the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish such Exchange. §18041. And by using the words such Exchange, the Act indicates that State and Federal Exchanges should be the same. But State and Federal Exchanges would differ in a fundamental way if tax credits were available only on State Exchangesone type of Exchange would help make insurance more affordable by providing billions of dollars to the States citizens; the other type of Exchange would not. Several other provisions in the Acte.g., Section 18031(i)(3)(B)s requirement that all Exchanges create outreach programs to distribute fair and impartial information concerning . . . the availability of premium tax credits under section 36Bwould make little sense if tax credits were not available on Federal Exchanges.
The argument that the phrase established by the State would be superfluous if Congress meant to extend tax credits to both State and Federal Exchanges is unpersuasive. This Courts preference for avoiding surplusage constructions is not absolute. Lamie v. United States Trustee, 540 U. S. 526, 536. And rigorous application of that canon does not seem a particularly useful guide to a fair construction of the Affordable Care Act, which contains more than a few examples of inartful drafting. The Court nevertheless must do its best, bearing in mind the fundamental canon of statutory construction that the words of a statute must be read in their context and with a view to their place in the overall statutory scheme. Utility Air Regulatory Group v. EPA, 573 U. S. ___, ___. Pp. 915
The IMF is begging the Fed not to quit printing money.
I took that to mean that the rest of the world cannot stand for us to end our print-and-spend ways.
If the ChiComs call our loan, and that means we have to quit buying stuff from China, who is actually hurt worse?
King George would be so thankful.
So. I guess we all still think that our votes matter?
This is merely a “translegal” decision. In the same way that being “transexual” means you’re whatever sex you think you are, “translegal” means the law is defined however the kleptocrats thinks it’s defined.
What are YOU going to do about it?
What do you want US to do about it?
There are pastors.....even as we type.....who are fully prepared to go to jail if they are coerced / bullied to marry gays.
We all should have already drawn our line in the sand.....
I have
Have you?

Our votes matter a little bit. With R presidents, for every Roberts we get one Scalia. For every Kennedy we get one Thomas. With Rat presidents, all we get are radical libs.
In the R primaries, every candidate should be asked about what kind of judges they would appoint.
SCOTUS - Supreme Cabal of the United States
I am working towards going full "Galt". I won't go into full detail, but the fact is, I'm ready, and every day that passes is another day that has been put to use preparing.
What do you want US to do about it?
Stop consenting. "Governments...derive their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed." So, STOP CONSENTING. We consent to a corrupt tax system each time we file our taxes. We consent to a collapsing / unsustainable federal reserve every time we accept or spend an FRN. We consent to the destruction of our 2A rights every time we step into a gun store and submit to an Unconstitutional background check.
STOP CONSENTING.
There are pastors.....even as we type.....who are fully prepared to go to jail if they are coerced / bullied to marry gays.
And there are folks such as myself who are ready to and are planning to stand with our pastors and shield them from being arrested in the first place, come what may.
Have you?
I have, and I won't accept the tyranny any longer. I will stand. I will not be silenced. I am prepared to die to defend my God given rights.
1. Flesh out the concept of Conservatism without Ballots. conservatism and freedom are life choices that for the most part don’t rely on getting the permission of the kleptocrats.
2. Stop wasting time and resources on a rotten and rigged electoral system. LIVE FREELY AND CONSERVATIVELY.
