Why would anybody call with information about these killings? Anyone identified as a snitch will just be volunteering to be on the rapidly growing list of shooting victims. Baltimore is getting the quality of policing demanded by its citizens and by the President of the United States. They are winning their Civil Rights. Back in my day I didn’t think of shooting people and robbing them and burning their property were civil righst but, hey, we’ve all evolved.
