In the wake of the Sunday shootout between outlaw biker gangs in Waco, Texas, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America is stressing that outlaw biker gangs would not have guns if legislators expanded background checks.
According to The Hill, Moms Demand Action’s Texas leader, Angela Turner, said, “There is no single solution to ending gun violence, but we do know that background checks on all gun sales save lives and keep guns out of the wrong hands.”

Criminal biker gangs are no different from islamic terrorists.
Background checks keep guns sold legally out of the hands of those who are ineligible for the purchase of a legal gun. My father was killed by criminals with an illegal zip gun, made, not stolen, in Baltimore, one of the strictest gun law municipalities in the nation with one of the highest gun crime levels in the nation. Arming honest people keeps them alive and ends the criminal abuse of wannabe killers.
They are called “out-laws” for a reason. DUH!!!
You should have seen these nit’s at the Senate hearing. One after another reading the exact same script! They should change the name to “Moms demand someone tell them what to to think”...

If felons obeyed the law, then felons would not have guns. The problem with liberals (er, “progressives”) is that the think talking about a law, and passing a law are the same as having a law that 100% of people obeyed, even when you put the Constitution aside. But when a law insults and offends the principles upon which the Constitution was built, then the law invites violation just on the principle of inalienable rights.
Of course, none of this matters to gun-grabbers. It doesn’t upset them in the least when someone they approve of has armed security, and on that point alone they are hypocrites and emotional frauds who must be opposed if only because of how their agitation diminishes the public’s understanding of the compelling reasons for government to respect the RKBA.
You might be surprised how many bike gang members do not have a criminal record, could easily pass a background check and also have concealed carry permits.

If only there had been such a law on the books all that “Gun Violence™” in Waco would never have taken place.
