Sen. Lindsey Graham said Monday that he will announce his decision about whether to run for president on June 1 in his hometown of Central, S.C., but left little doubt about his intentions by saying Im running.
Im running because of what you see on television, Im running because I think the world is falling apart, Ive been more right than wrong on foreign policy, he said on CBS This Morning, when asked if he was running because he was unimpressed with the rest of the field (and appearing to dispense with the pretense that he hasnt decided whether to jump in). Its not the fault of others, or their lack of this or that that makes me want to run, its my ability in my own mind to be a good commander-in-chief and to make Washington work.
Graham, who is one of the Senates leading national security hawks, would be a longshot in the crowded Republican presidential field but could be influential in pressuring the other contenders on foreign policy issues. In recent weeks, the chances of his running, according to Graham, have gone from 91 percent to 98.6 percent to 99.9 percent. He has also staffed up his exploratory committee.

Running... down the drain.
I'm running! (and skipping and jumping ...)
Has anyone asked Senator Graham if he’s running as a Republican or Democrat? Just curious....
He will offer contrast for the real conservatives. It is time those who only pay attention during the big election cycles to see the problems the rest of us see.
Does Arizona have a primary? He might get one vote there from John McCain, but other than that, I just don’t see it.
Lindsey Graham is the yappy little Chihuahua that John McCain is throwing into the dog fighting pit to bite at the ankles of big dogs like Ted Cruz. Karl Rove recruited Mike Huckabee for the same purpose.
