I have nothing invested in Zimmerman. I felt he was innocent of murder or any other crime in the Martin shooting based on the evidence presented. If anything in the future happens I will base my opinion on the facts presented, not the railroad job of the past. If he is a target because of racist comments (i.e. Obama and DOJ actions) then we will probably see more incidents. Each will stand or fall on their own merits.

Zimmerman was SHOT, hospitalized. FoxNews reported that the suspect already arrested, a known stalker of Zimmerman.
Accused then recanted twice. Acquitted. Now shot.
Boy this guy is evil.
GIdget, the headline reads he was “injured” in a shooting. Why did you change it to “involved” in a shooting?

What is clear is that he beats his girlfriend. I remember visiting my daughter in Buffalo, back in ‘10. She was heavily pregnant, and had a big black eye. She explained that she hit it against the table in the kitchen. That was a battered woman lie, as I later confirmed. Her then-boyfriend had punched her. He’s now doing 30 in Georgia for smashing my granddaughter’s leg. “Recanted” is about the same as “I hit my head against the table”. Only child abusers and molesters are lower than woman beaters in my book.
Zimmy was shot and didn’t return fire.
