George Zimmerman was involved in a shooting incident in Lake Mary on Monday afternoon, according to Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell.
The shooting involved two men and happened on Lake Mary Boulevard, police said.
Officers at the scene said it appeared Zimmerman suffered a minor gunshot wound, Bracknell said.
In January, Zimmerman was accused of assault by his girlfriend, but no charges were filed after she recanted her allegation.
He was also arrested in November 2013 on domestic violence allegations after his girlfriend called police. His girlfriend later recanted her story and charges were never filed.
Zimmerman was acquitted in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in 2013.

Completely ignoring any facts and even claiming that St. Trayvon would be finishing college right now had he not been murdered by a stalking racist who had his gun drawn at the first sight of a black person
The way things are going, we conservatives will all be “George Zimmerman” before long.
From what I read on twitter, he was visiting family here and does not live in Florida now. Probably better to get out of the country like you said as he is too well known and hated by a lot of people now.
He undoubtedly has the brews all ready for a beer summit photo-op on the White House lawn with himself, Sharpton and Zimmerman.

I agree with a number of the comments on your posted link. They say he should not keep driving the same car, should change his name and move elsewhere. I would add, dye his hair, grow it longer, and loose some weight.

Your idea of positive influence for conservatives are very different then mine. I don’t look up to people who can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Nobody gets into so many police altercations then Zimmerman. His average is way higher than the average American. You can consider him a hero and worship him but I will not. If he continues this path, he will end up dead. Cut and copy this reply so that when it happens you will see I was right.
I guess if one wishes to parse words, he is indeed a danger to himself since his name is "George Zimmerman"
Here's what you need to read:
Kenneth Cornell told WESH 2’s Gail Paschall-Brown that he called 911 after the alleged shooter approached him and said, “I shot George Zimmerman.” Cornell said the alleged shooter then got on the phone with dispatch and explained what happened.
Anything beyond that point is of course media hype and propaganda until the true facts are eventually released 9 months from now.........During that time Zimmerman will again be examined, tried and convicted in the court of public opinion........

If you are honest, you really can’t compare Zimmerman with Darren Wilson. Darren Wilson has lived a life of respect and dignified fashion. Zimmerman is living a life of attention and questionable actions. Sure he is getting away with it so far, but he is not nearly the man that Darren Wilson is.
Darren Wilson has not been in the media crosshairs for years, like George Zimmerman has.
Let us talk about Darren Wilson five years from now, and see if you can say the same.

While attending the performance of "Our American Cousin" last evening at Ford's Theater, President Lincoln became involved in a shooting. A single shot rang out in the box where the President, his wife and aides had enjoyed the play.
A man was seen falling from the balcony seating onto the stage,suffering further injury before limping away. Tumult ensued among the audience as the Presidential box curtains were drawn.
The identity of the falling man remains a mystery and the President was unavailable for comment...more news to follow.
