I'd like to see a picture of the referenced map posted. It might crystallize a lot of views.

Excellent response! It crystalizes why people are legitimately concerned and upset.
I believe O=the Obama administration is doing this intentionally and deliberately as a mild form of psy-ops.
Sure, why not label American cities as “hostile” and then when people are upset and complain you can label them crazy extremists and the corrupt MSM can ridicule you all day long. See how that works.

So, they declare their political opponents “terrorists”.
Then they plan a military exercise in which they designate areas where their political enemies live as “hostiles”.
Then they declare people in those areas as “kooks” for expressing concern?

Many years ago a journalist received a telegram which read:
“Fatty is in for a big surprise”.
The raid on Entebbe followed hours latter.

This is more in-your-face behavior from this admin, plain and simple. They are being unnecessarily provocative at the least, and they know that this is the case. Whether there is anything beyond this, who knows, but Bill Ayers certainly had some thoughts on what he'd like to see.

“Once I observed the map depicting hostile, permissive, and uncertain states and locations, I was rather appalled that the hostile areas amazingly have a Republican majority, cling to their guns and religion, and believe in the sanctity of the United States Constitution. When the federal government begins, even in practice, games or exercises, to consider any U.S. city or state in ‘hostile’ control and trying to retake it, the message becomes extremely calloused and suspicious.”

I think this is just a military welcome commitee for illegals and a presence to oppose any militia that try to stop the wave.
