Douglas Athas, the mayor of Garland, described the shootings: “Two men in a car tried to drive into the parking lot, jumped out with automatic rifles. Started firing at an unarmed schools security officer who was hit in the leg. He was transported to the hospital.

“The first suspect was shot immediately. The second was shot and wounded, reached for his backpack and, of course, officers not knowing any idea what was in the backpack, shot him again and he was killed.”

The “backlash” stories come out now at the same time the Jihadist violence does.

September 12 now would be filled with “Islamophobia” stories. CAIR and other groups already have these stories ready and ‘victims’ ready to be interviewed.

My feeling is there are probably a few Black Muslims ... or blacks with a general knowledge of Islam from jail who are anxious to get out there and prove themselves.

Better than “real Muslims”.

Got a favorite street pole in your neck of the woods? Why not decorate it with your own personal drawing of Mad Mo. Just think, all across the country there would be Mad Mo signs everywhere!

Texas Attack on Muhammad Cartoon Event Rattles Muslim Community

1. Texas didn't attack anyone or anything
2. There was no attack on Muhammed
3. The Muslim Community IS NOT the victim of this event
4. Where's the SHAME of the Muslim community over this attack?
5. Instead of just reporting this event, the article brings in other events where Muslim Adherents were attacked (despicable ploy)
6. The insensitivity of this headline is atrocious

The title should appear like this.

Attack on Cartoon Event by Muslim Adherents, Draws No Condemnation by Muslim Community

“Evidently, they thought Ron White was joking when he said, “In Texas if you kill us, we’ll kill you back.””

That is my favorite Ron White joke. After he said that, he then said something like this, “And now we’re putting you on a fast track to kill you faster.”

The reason Obama wants to federalize police.
Police under his command wouldn’t have taken these guys out, especially so quickly.

Maybe it’s time to start attacking those who insult Christianity and defame Jesus. Then we’ll say “We’ll stop when you stop.”

Bring on CRUSADES PART TWO

In their “defense”, there’s really no way to “reform” Islam.

The Protestant reformation was about getting church doctrine back under the authority of Scripture.

The jihadi terrorists ARE acting according to their “scripture”,
so, you’d have to abandon the Koran as the religions’ source authority
in order to “reform” it.

You make a good point. I remember how much publicity the Muslim gathering at the very same location rendered, not because it was a Muslim gathering but because there was ‘so much concern’ about death threats and bombing threats etc. toward participants in the event. The media showed video nationally of all the protestors and told repeatedly about the threats. This event had Muslim protestors, don’t know about threats, and an actual attack by Muslims. But the previous gathering had the Imams worried sick about someone attacking them. Publicity and brainwashing. Accuse the opponent of doing what your team would/could/might do? Probably trying to gain sympathetic publicity.

There is no such thing as a moderate muslim. I remember seeing muslims all around the world celebrating 911, dancing in the streets, passing out candy and praising allah.

You can bet our own so-called moderate muslims were doing the same thing behind closed doors.

I don’t let people in my home who believe thru teachings that I should be dead or converted to islam. I wish my gov’t wouldn’t let them into my (our) country.

I’ll maybe care about the sensibilities of the moozlums when they kill all moozlums who want to kill every nonmoozlum. Their “religion” needs “transformation”.

“Garland is a short 7.5 hours from where I sit at this very moment.”

Right now, I am 36 minutes by car to Garland - I know the area as I used to live there.

On another thread I said I was hemming a pair of pants when I read on FR, two terrorists were killed in Garland and I switched to a local TV station and there it was, the situation still ongoing. I didn't know whether to continue to hem those pants, or get my handgun and then continue to hem those pants.

Everyone should have a loaded handgun easily accessible to him/her. There is no way I would have an unloaded handgun and the ammo be in the attic or locked in a safe that took time to open. My weapons are loaded and no kid could get to them.

There there is the extended family member who carries a 45 handgun. When his live in girlfriend asked if he would shoot to save her life if someone attacked her, he didn't answer - he waited and waited to answer and then said, “I might get in trouble if I shot someone.”

He is only carrying that weapon to feel macho because he wouldn't shoot to save his companion's life. Have I said both of them are liberal to the left of Stalin?

Don't have a weapon if you aren't going to shoot it to save a loved one’s life. Stupid liberals.
