Even by James Carville standards, this was bizarre. Toward the end of his appearance on Ed Schultz's show today, Carville called Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer "this anti-Disney, gay bike bar Glenn Beck or whatever this guy is."
Maybe Carville will come back and explain what he meant. It's true that Schweizer was a contributor to one of Beck's books. And Schweizer is the author of "Disney Betrayed," which criticizes the company for various things including sponsoring "Gay Days" at their parks. But a casual listener might well have come away with an entirely different understanding of what Carville was implying. Note also the way Carville's voice jumps by a couple of octaves when asked what advice he'd give Hillary's handlers. Jittery, James?

You know we loved the classiest guy there ever was to hold the office. Well, maybe Washington was. I’m talking about Reagan. He always wore a suit in the Oval Office. He would never put his feet on the desk. Forget about the other thing!!
He wrote beautiful letters when he was in foreign countries to Nancy.
His wife loved him so much that she took care of him for nearly a decade while a horrible disease ravaged him.
Four years later these creatures took over the office. \

Some may still remember Bill fondly, but nobody likes Hillary!, not even the people who will vote for her.

Carville is proof positive that drinking Louisiana Swamp Water is hazardous to one’s mental health.

Matalin who was NEVER attractive to begin with (she was GHWB campaign adviser and spokesman in 1992) has aged into this repulsive ghoul like figure, and her crow like voice has got even more painful to listen to. She is no Megyn Kelly.
