Behind the saga of Hillary Rodham Clintons personal email account and the messages said to no longer exist is the implication that she has something to hide.
None of her critics at least those among congressional Republicans pushing her to reveal more have come right out and said she purposely destroyed politically-damaging evidence that could hamper any plans to run for president next year.
**SNIP**
The Benghazi panel has already said it will bring Clinton in to testify at least twice once privately about her email use while at State and at another public hearing on the Obama administrations reaction to Benghazi, Politico reports. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has also signaled plans to investigate Clintons use of private email.

But thats the impression left among her political rivals, an impression that can be said to be of her own creating.
She's supposedly a lawyer and the smartest woman in the Milky Way. Her political pals aren't too jazzed about her criminal behavior either.
Yes, she did.
But remember...there is a recipient somewhere.
Answer: Of course she did.
yes she broke the law, whether anyone has the stones to prosecute her is debatable

Is there really such a thing as “wiping the server clean”? Short of just destroying the hard drive. Are there not ways to recover information even from a “cleaned” server? Just asking.
Yes, but what difference does it make
She’s gotten away with spoliation before.
The Rose Law Firm billing records disappeared until shortly after the statue of limitations passed.
Then they mysteriously appeared on a table in the White House “map room.”
Don’t let the Hillary-adoring media fool any of you out there. The powers that be in the Democratic Party are looking at this whole scandal and saying to themselves, “Do we have to put up with four to eight more years of this crap?” No they won’t. Everyone knows the Democrats were behind the e-mail leak on Hillary. I’m convinced they have the goods on her and are waiting for the right opportunity to destroy her. Also, Elizabeth Warren, in the last few days, made a well publicized attack on campaign funding from the major banks with some of them responding in kind saying they would withhold funding future Democrat campaigns, precisely the kind of red meat the idiots will eat up, and having gone to some of the lefty blogs they have. Personally, I think this was all coordinated between the Democrat bigwigs and the banks, but it was all done to make Fauxahontas to look like a politician for the “little guy” even though we all know she’s a multimillionaire fraud like so many white liberal politicians are these days. Yes, the wheels are now spinning in the race to get rid of Hillary.
Am I wrong in believing that any and all correspondence as SEc of State is NOT “private” but the people’s business?
if all her dealings/actions as SEC of State are private - then isn’t that a rogue outfit - operating independently outside the law? - a one-person branch of gov’t - accountable to no one?
Even a dictator gov’t doesn’t allow an underling that kind of free range...
She hires wipers to do it for her.
And more importantly a sender. Every statement she has made has said that she didn't send any classified materials. She has never stated that she didn't receive any. So the sender of those emails should have her address on their emails. So they should look at the email account of the person responsible for sending classified briefings to her. This is assuming , of course, that this person wasn't running an off government email server themselves.
We have four separate and co-equal branches of government: the Executive; the Legislative; the Judicial; and, the Hillary.
Yes, there are ways to destroy the data with out destroying the drive.
"Hilary is one of the elite. She doesn't wipe anything.
“Did Hillary Clinton destroy evidence in ‘wiping clean’ her email server?”
Of course. That’s why she did it.
Next question .........
Obstruction of justice charges...Now!
