In the April issue of The Atlantic, Jeffrey Goldberg reports on a remarkable incident last fall at the residence of Vice President Joseph Biden. Speaking before guests—including leaders of Jewish organizations and Jewish officials in the Obama administration—invited to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, Biden recalled meeting Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir when he was a young man in the Senate:
“I’ll never forget talking to her in her office with her assistant—a guy named Rabin—about the Six-Day War,” he said. “The end of the meeting, we get up and walk out, the doors are open, and … the press is taking photos … She looked straight ahead and said, ‘Senator, don’t look so sad … Don’t worry. We Jews have a secret weapon.’”
He said he asked her what that secret weapon was.
“I thought she was going to tell me something about a nuclear program,” Biden continued. “She looked straight ahead and she said, ‘We have no place else to go.’” He paused, and repeated: “‘We have no place else to go.’”
“Folks,” he continued, “there is no place else to go, and you understand that in your bones. You understand in your bones that no matter how hospitable, no matter how consequential, no matter how engaged, no matter how deeply involved you are in the United States … there’s only one guarantee. There is really only one absolute guarantee, and that’s the state of Israel.”

I really don’t think Biden is either antisemitic or anti-Israel. But I’m sure he does hear all the Left-wing chatter. Especially the chatter that is carefully kept from Jewish ears in Congress & donors.
Indeed. We could also argue that, at times, laws don’t apply to white males or other “non-protected species”. I suppose it’s a fact of civil government but when exacerbated by some group via the media it can morph into a Third Reich, if not counteracted by rule of law.
His remark could also be one of those "out of the mouths of babes" kind of things.

He doesn't need to pay an army of lawyers to seal all of his records like Obama did.
He never has to erase all evidence of his activities like Hillary.
He's not surrounded by an army of flacks to spin, filter, deny, apologize.
He's just Joe, and that's what everyone expects to come out of his mouth.
Plans are one thing, execution is another. And I’m considering more than one meaning for “execution”. I expect confidently an armed population will prevail.

I am a staunch supporter of Israel for the very reason that Golda Meir and Joe Biden voiced, and while I do not know Biden's motivation, I completely agree with what the statement quoted above. I pray that such a terrible day never comes to pass, but I am afraid that even America will turn against Israel and then its own Jews. I don't know when, but fallen humans eventually fall back into the same sins. When that day comes, Jews will have "only" God to protect them, and nowhere else to go but to the land that he promised.

There are many unspoken truths about the black community. One of them is that hatred of Jews is common and widely accepted.

Yeah - I knew what you meant but I still want to know where the BLACK busses are.....They were only used a very few times.
