Scandal: The former secretary of state's use of a personal account to exclusively conduct government business and to protect her political future in violation of the law ought to disqualify her from the presidency.
'Witch hunts" sometimes find a witch, and those who dismissed the establishment of the House Benghazi Select Committee, chaired by Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., as just another witch hunt are eating their words.
The existence of a personal account that Hillary Clinton used to conduct government business as secretary of state was discovered by the committee and reported by the New York Times.
Clinton's use of this personal account explains why investigations of the Benghazi terrorist attack — and her culpability in our diplomatic mission's vulnerability there, the failure to heed warnings and the cover-up afterward — failed to find much email evidence of her direct involvement.

Hillary Clinton may have just been selling influence or she also may have been selling national security secrets. In any case what she did was CRIMINAL. Rose Law firm, Cattle Futures, Whitewater, FBI files, Benghazi......and the beat goes on. Jail her!!!
Lookie, lookie! Hillary! up to her old tricks. Having a server in her home to hide what she’s doing will resonate with voters. We know darn good and well how corrupt and evil the Clintoons are!

EMAILGATE is just one of the MANY irregularities in her long and checkered career... if leap frogging ahead in life by hanging on to your ‘husband’s’ coat tails may be called a ‘career’. (This just slays me… for example: If my mom was a concert pianist… I am TOO? Really???)
EMAILGATE is just the latest and most visible of Evita’s attempts to play by her OWN rules... This reveals naked ambition and abject arrogance, more than anything else.
She is in no way fit to lead this country... even AFTER a slouch like “O”-who is himself, dangerously unfit!

Not that Gowdy needs my advice, but shouldn’t his investigators depose all of Hillary’s top aides by asking about their own “private” email accounts and whether they ever used them to conduct official State Dept. business with Hillary? Did any of them have an account on Hillary’s domain?
Some of those folks are civil service and have a lot to lose by lying (not everybody can get a campaign position as a payoff for silence).
Oftentimes such schemes fail when somebody slips up and reveals their hidden method - in this case, emailing from their secret email address to someone on their guv account. Thus, Gowdy needs to require aides to provide a complete list of private addresses.

I suspect the entire story, and its evolution, of the Los Angeles videographer story will now be discernible if we get the e-mails from Hillary’s server. If it shows a development of the fictitious story she will never survive such a report to run for president.
I don’t think the primary purpose of setting up her own e-mail was in order to hide criminal activity. Anything (else) against the law she would certainly not use e-mail to pursue.
Certainly one of the reasons was to provide her lawyers with an argument to not turn over e-mails, but perhaps there was an added benefit.
I think this particular ruse was also designed to obscure communications of a more personal nature.
Not necessarily her relationship with Huma Abedin, although that’s possible. Sidney Blumenthal also was on the network. Among things she might want to hide is her real relationship with Bill, something she wouldn’t want the American people to know. As an article at Powerline.com pointed out, the hdr in the e-mail address stands for Hillary Diane Rodham.
Even if only sub-consciously, Hillary had already begun, in 2009, to see herself as apart from Bill.
She and Bill have both lived secret lives for a long time. Must be agonizing psychologically to have to live this way. It shouldn’t surprise then, that she would need a secret internet presence, if only partly for emotional reasons.
In addition, could Hillary have been trying to hide things from Obama? After experiencing him during the Dem primary, could anyone fault her for that?
Have you even seen a Republican candidate who had the fortitude to use such ammo against a Democrat? They are too easily cowered into disregarding it, whether it be using Jeremiah Wright, the middle name Hussein, or this.

Hillary probably leaked this story herself... She’s out there picking the low fruit - the ‘easy’ donors - for her retirement vacation slush fund... Oops, I mean her ‘foundation’...
Apparently the MX (Mail Exchange) DNS records for her domain point to MX logic, which means she's using MX Logic mail servers as a relay. While they won't have the content of the emails, the logs from those servers will contain a record of all the emails to and from her mail server (sender, recipient, and source IP addresses), and those logs are not under her control.
Can’t get any worse than Zippo?
