Somali Terrorist Group Targets Western Shopping Malls In Call For Lone Wolf Attacks

The al Qaeda branch in Somalia released a video Saturday celebrating the September 2013 attack on the Westgate shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya, that killed 60 people in a four-day siege. In the 66-minute video, unleashed on Twitter in both English and Arabic, al-Shabab called for attacks on specific targets in the U.S., Canada and Britain.
“If just a handful of mujahedeen [militant jihadists] fighters could bring Kenya to a complete standstill for nearly a week, just imagine what the dedicated mujahedeen could do in the West to American or Jewish shopping centers across the world,” a masked gunman says toward the end of the video. “What if such an attack were to occur in the Mall of America in Minnesota? Or the West Edmonton Mall in Canada? Or in London's Oxford Street?”
The video raises concern it could help inspire lone-wolf attacks by radicalized individuals in these countries who are teetering on committing violent acts in the name of Allah. Online social media has helped widen the audience for Islamist propaganda despite efforts by Facebook and Twitter to weed out troubling broadcasts.
While social media sites are filled with militant Islamist propaganda calls for violence (such as how to make bombs in your mother’s kitchen or praising the usefulness of Honda motorcycles to commit terrorist acts), it’s unusual for terrorists to be so specific about civilian targets. News of the video was first reported by Bethesda, Maryland, SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors activities of extremist groups.
"The English-speaking narrator in this video sounds remarkably similar to the narrator from past Shabab releases,” SITE Director Rita Katz said in a report announcing the news Saturday.

Since 9/11 alone, Islam has committed over 21 thousand attacks worldwide.
Islam is committing actual war and we are more interested in a fictitious attack on a phony journalist.
Islam is not a culture of tolerance or intermixing (Muslim interbreeding); Muslims do not assimilate to any culture outside Islam, nor do they accept any religion but Islam. When Muslims invade Western countries, they pretend they are diverse and tolerant, but the opposite is true as seen throughout Europe, where butchering and raping non-Muslim Europeans is on the rise. Thomas Sowell notes in his 1994 book Race And Culture, that Muslims are responsible for the wholesale slave trade on the continent of Africa. 120 million African slaves died as a result.

Before Islamic terrorists open fire on innocent civilians they must first yell, ‘’Allahu Akbar!’’ or they won’t go to heaven, which means patriotic Americans carrying guns in their vicinity will be able to pinpoint them and shoot back.

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson was reacting to a video released by al-Shabaab appearing to call for attacks on Western shopping areas, specifically mentioning Mall of America, the West Edmonton Mall in Canada and London’s Oxford Street.
Asked specifically about the threat to Mall of America, one of the world’s largest shopping complexes, Johnson said: “Anytime a terrorist organization calls for an attack on a specific place, we’ve got to take that seriously.”
“I would say that if anyone is planning to go to the Mall of America today, they’ve got to be particularly careful.”
The Mall of America has more than 500 stores and attracts 40 million visitors a year, about two-fifths of them tourists, according to its website. It’s owned by Triple Five Group, an Edmonton, Alberta-based development company.

The very reason Texas lawmakers allowed concealed carry of handguns with a license is because of Killeen, Texas Luby’s massacre. Crazy fella drove his vehicle through the glass of a Lubys restaurant while families were enjoying their meal, got out of the vehicle and began to shoot innocent folks at random. Walking methodically through the dining area killing unarmed citizens...one after another.
Before the Killeen massacre, legislation sat on then Democrat Gov. Richards desk without signing into law and died a slow death. Shortly after the shooting, George Bush was elected Texas Gov. and the legislation sailed through to passage.
Apologize for the length of the post, but thought it was essential folks understand the history behind concealed carry in Texas and the difference between democrats “gubbamint will come to your aid” and republican “you have a right to defend yourself”.

Years ago, hints on questioning Obama’s loyalty to the U.S. was considered conspiracy theory. Today Americans are becoming increasingly more suspicious struggling to find rhyme or reason for Obama’s latest Middle East policies. Rudy Giuliani seems to attribute Obama’s policies to be influenced through his affiliations with radical socialists like Frank Marshall Davis. But serious questions will prove that Obama’s policies are not different than a Muslim who supports the revival of the Muslim grand caliphate.
Was Obama influenced only by a Marxist-Leninist agenda or did he also not grow up Muslim, having learned how to recite the Muslim call to prayer in the classical Arabic tongue as he clearly admits? Can anyone even deny that Obama’s Middle East policies mimics Erdogan’s, especially when it comes to the two most powerful secular Arab states, Syria and Egypt?
Such policies stem from a Muslim mindset, not Marxist or even an American apple pie. To go against secular governments like Egypt and Syria is something ingrained in Muslim Brotherhood psyche. The history to be repeated eschatologically is the pride of Erdogan when the Ottoman Sultan Selim I turned against Syria and Egypt, conquered them and ruled the Middle East.
