Ruth Bader Ginsburg says she wasn't '100 percent sober' when she nodded off during President Barack Obama's State of the Union address last month.
The 81-year-old Supreme Court Justice blamed her colleague Anthony Kennedy for poorly timed catnap, telling attendees of a Smithsonian Associates event in Washington, D.C. that he brought a 'very fine California wine' to dinner that was too good not to indulge in.

She admits that she has absolutely no self control in her personal life, yet she seems to think she has the ability to dictate how I live mine!

If I was Boehner I would laugh out loud on national television at the president if he thought we’d confirm another supreme court nominee before his term is up. i’d tell him “looks like eight is enough, for now sport!”

What if she got kicked out, then we’d be open to one of Obo’s appointments. With out luck it would be Justice Sharpton or Justice Holder.

The Left(!) will begin its full court press to drive Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg off the SCOTUS so that Obamao can appoint a new younger marxist/fascist to the bench, rather than allow a new President to appoint her successor. The more virulent the anti-Ginsberg charge — too old, too sick, too drunk, too promiscuous — the more frightened they are of a Constitutionalist President (read: Cruz) as DaWon’s successor.
I have to admit to finding something refreshing in this rather bizarre statement of honesty....
How disrespectful. She would never have done that if it was a white president addressing Congress.
What if she got kicked out, then we’d be open to one of Obo’s appointments. With out luck we would have nominee Sharpton or Holder. He could use his phone and pen and bypass Congress. It’s funny, now, even the most outlandish scenarios can no longer be ruled out with him in charge.
Really, during this administration, can anybody blame her?
