Pennsylvania police have released shocking dashcam footage of a high-speed chase involving a woman who stole a cop car — all while with her hands were cuffed behind her back.
Roxanne Rimer, 27, somehow managed to make her way from the back seat to the driver’s seat of the Center Township police cruiser before stepping on the gas — kicking off a nearly 10-minute ride.
The Chippewa Township woman had been arrested that night, Jan. 14, for allegedly stealing earrings from a Kohl's department store.
Police footage shows that Rimer and her mother, Malinda Greene, had been handcuffed and escorted to separate cars.
“Mom! Mommy!” Rimer screamed, as an officer brought her to the patrol car. She did not stay put for long.
Greene says she watched her daughter crawl through a 12-by-11-inch window to the front of the cruiser, reported WTAE.
p Greene said her daughter drove the vehicle with her legs. "With her left knee, she steered the steering wheel, and with her right knee, she used the gas and the brake,” Greene said.

She drove like she was an experienced criminal. Way better than some people do with free hands. And she probably could text while driving the police car if she had a phone.

Clearly she has some good reflexes. And I thought I was doing good riding a ten speed bicycle using only my legs on a straightway many years ago when I was a teen.

I can't picture how you could do that in a Crown Vic and still see the road.
