She drove like she was an experienced criminal. Way better than some people do with free hands. And she probably could text while driving the police car if she had a phone.

My buddy worked as an officer for one of the alphabet agencies in the DC area. They sent him to the federal law enforcement ttraining center in New Mexico and they had a scenario like this in training. They hire people to role play and the one woman was an escape artist and she got away with my buddy’s cruiser.
