The 12-gauge Ruger though is a common hunting rifle and lists for just under $1,400 on the official Ruger website. Meanwhile Strobl happens to make his living writing manuals for hunting and outdoor recreation types, which would lend itself to spending time outside with a shotgun.
Gang culture?
Do these people look like "unarmed teens"?
? Where do I buy one of these 12 gauge rifles?
I’m thinking law suit, as in gay (queer) wedding cake thing.
Who still prints photographs from film?
I see anger and "crazy" eyes.......
..the couple should have gotten a photo of the walmart employee....*smiles*
A clerk making up stuff to suit her own ideology, no doubt, projecting he politics on top of a store policy that doesn’t exist...............
I suspect that the clerk, “who told Wehner that the photo couldn’t be released because the weapon would promote a ‘gang culture,’” will be rebuked by someone higher in the organization, as the flood of protests come to Walmart’s attention. I seriously doubt that this reflects Corporate policy at Walmart.
Hey, every business has a few stupid employees.
A dumb clerk made an executive decision....She expected a gold star I suppose.
A joke from my Kentucky-born dad:
Q: How do make a Kentucky wedding more formal?
A: Paint the shotguns white.
One jerk employee does not a business define.
Oddly enough, Wal-Mart can’t even really get sneered at for hiring her, because there is no way they can screen out such people and have enough workers.
If you get hassled by a jerk like this, ask them to show you a printed copy of store policies. Most chain stores have a bunch of these available, so it should be no problem. This should solve any argument.
If the store actually does have that as a policy, then there is no need to snarl at the employee. But if they don’t, point out that they don’t and maybe the employee will back down. If they don’t, then tell their manager.
Are they going to sue?
Gang cluture....unlike the anti-cop t-shirt that obama’s girl was wearing!
Sorry, but it is a business’ RIGHT. If you don’t like WalMart’s printing services, feel free to use something else.
Besides, who would want to use WalMart printing anyway?
Stupid. Walmart sells guns and ammunition - what was going to happen? The picture of the shotgun would fire?
When I was a kid, just out of college, I worked in a photolab. This was decades before digital photos.
We had one guy that was a regular. He and his boyfriend would spend time taking photos of each other that were, in a word, disturbing.
We were just the guys getting the prints in envelopes so we had no say. But you can be sure that the entire department store would be snickering when those two faries strolled through the store to pick up their photos.
Just twisted little gay boys.
Walmart is schizophrenic-they sell guns and ammo...
My 12 gauge is a shotgun-I didn’t know there was a 12 gauge rifle-someone at the paper should proofread before printing...
I’ve got a big fancy photo printer I need to use more. I’ll print all their photos free of charge.
Don't ever try to print a photo of mowing your lawn/clearing brush near your house. "Destruction of endangered mouse habitat".
Vacation photos from your whale watching cruise. "Harassing Threatened Marine Mammals."
The rain barrel under your gutter downspout, if you live in Colorado. "you cannot collect rainwater in any other manner, such as storage in a cistern or tank, for later use."
Etc, etc, etc.
