Being from Ohio, I was proud when John was elected Speaker. Now I’m embarrassed! He’s such a failure! Time for him to retire so he can spend more time with his tanning bed.

“The Crying Cheeto” is a better moniker than “that orange drunk guy” ...

Personally Laz, I think you did an outstanding job on this article. Hit the nail right on the head, as usual.

I emailed my representative this morning and asked him to look into his Heart and not Vote for Bohner. I think he will follow my advice.
After all he is Lloyd Doggett (D), The 35th wonder of TEXAS.

Call Chris Smith’s office, tell them you live in the 4th district and demand that he vote for Louie. His DC office number is (202) 225-3765.

It has become glaringly obvious that Boehner is not a man 'on our team' that we disagree with. Conservatives need to understand that the Crying Cheeto is an adversary intent on thwarting the change they came to Washington to bring. It is that simple. I urge you to contact your Representative on Monday, January the 5th, and urge your House member to vote AGAINST John Boehner, and for Louie Gohmert instead. We can tip the balance. This will spell out America's future.

Mark Levin will be back tomorrow - I think he will be all over this ousting of Boehner.

Good job, Laz. I just emailed my congressman, Matt Salmon and will call his office tomorrow. I think we can count on him.

whrn you are trying to make a serious point, the childish crying Cheeto and that asinine picture seriously detracts from your point....Hard to take you serious from then on... Terycarl, as Palin would say, "Chill."
I and a whole lotta others think the "Crying Cheeto" is brilliant and hilarious, perfect pitch in capturing the pathetic political cartoon Boehner has become. That you think it's "childish" speaks only to your own interpretation.

My rep is a stupid Democrat who does only what the party tells him to. If he does respond to correspondence, it’s by way of a form letter no doubt prepared for him by the party. He doesn’t take phone calls from his constituents either. I’ve been told he’s never in the office to talk to the rabble and any phone messages for him are discarded. He never sees them.
To be fair, Republicans are often no better. I wrote to my Republican senator urging him to vote to block one of Obie’s edicts. Said he would, but didn’t.
Our elected officials don’t represent us. We don’t have enough money for the necessary bribes.
